I requested service for my leaking A/C and had a technician come to give me a quote. I paid upfront $1,300 for them to do the repairs the technician told me that someone would pass by in a week. The technician’s name was Luis M ZayasBatalla as appears on my invoice. The following week no one ever came to do the said repairs. I proceeded to call and they said they would send another technician. The second technician came and confirmed that there was leakage in the coil and he said he would come the following day to preform the repairs. He never came either. I called again trying to get a response for a span of 5 days. I wanted to get my money back to get serviced by another company and the customer service agent told me that they could not do that, despite never doing the job. I had to call another A/C repair company to fix the leakage. It is very unprofessional that they could essentially just steal my money and the lack of communication was frustrating. Jose and Joemir were very professional. They arrived on-time, greeted me and informed me on of the process for installing the AC unit. They were careful not to damage the home. They cleaned up and around the areas in which they were working. Once finished, they showed me the new unit and explained what was done. Jose Guerra (& Joe Mir) were the technicians that came to install 2 AC units for me. I live in a condo and the air handlers are inside small closets while the compressors are on the building roof. I wish I could give 6 stars for how wonderful my experience of using ARS was for this job!! I submitted my info for consultation and received a phone call the next day (on a Sunday, no less!) to schedule the appointment. They were ready to begin immediately, and therefore my installation began the very next day after the consult. Jose and Joe were exceptional and the work was completed to my full satisfaction. Very impressed by Jose Guerra and Joemir Rojas. They replaced a complete HVAC system, including an air handler located in a hot attic, and they worked tirelessly to completion, and with great care and attention to detail. They were very professional, took care not to damage anything, and cleaned up after themselves. Best quality work, a decent price and a great work ethic. I recommend them without any reservations. Jose and Joemir did an install of my air conditioning unit. They were very efficient. The work they did was so neat. They covered my floors so that they wouldn’t be damaged. Agustin F. came to my house to removed an AC System at 7:50 am, the appointment was scheduled for 8:00 am. He did a wonderful job on less that one hour. An excellent and very professional installer. What started out as a very stressful situation, ARS Rescue Rooters turned it around for us by making us feel that we were in great hands from start to finish with their extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous and very accommodating employees. What should have been a very stressful experience, ARS Rescue Rooter Miami turned it around for us, by making us feel that we were in great hands from start to finish with their extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous and very accommodating employees. I dare say that this was a very pleasant experience.
Our a/c died on Monday at 1:30 am, we recalled having used ARS Rescue Rooter in 2015 for maintenance and having been happy with their services, so we thought to give them a try in this instance for repairs. I called their number looking only to find out what time they opened so that I could make an appointment as quickly as possible. To my surprise, a “real person” (not an answering service) answered the phone and patiently listened to my problem and proceeded to process an appointment for the same day with a window of 8:00 am - Noon); which I was very grateful to accept.
Later at 8:00 am, I received a call form ARS letting us know to expect their technician anytime between 9:00am - 10:00am that day. The technician, Sergio, called to let us know that he was on his way - he arrived on time. Unfortunately though, we thought that our a/c unit was 7 years old and as it turned out, it was actually 10 years old, so a different tech had to be scheduled for us; however, before leaving, Sergio assessed the situation with our a/c and gave us a written estimate of the cost for repairs. [Sergio was extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous and very accommodating].
The next technician was Jonathan Castillo (Comfort Advisor); he called us as soon as he had completed the job that he had been working on, to let us know that he was on his way. When he arrived, we had already made the decision to replace the a/c unit, since it was already 10 years old. Jon provided us with the price to replace the unit an walked us through the paperwork, explaining each step of the way in great detail and once done, he arranged an appointment for the installation of our new a/c for the very next morning. [Jonathan was also extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous and very accommodating].
The next day, Tuesday at 10:00 am, the HAVC installation technicians arrived, Jose Guerra and Juan Carlos) and proceeded with the installation of the new a/c. They were very organized and detailed in their work; they were very careful not to damage or get anything dirty (tough job because it rained and the grass was muddy). When they were finished with the installation they were quick to clean and clear their work areas both inside and outside. Juan Carlos gave us clear instructions on how to use the thermostat; what to do to the a/c each month and how to change the electric filter every 3 months. Walked me through what was done outside with the compressor. [Both, Jose and Juan Carlos were also extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous, considerate and very accommodating].
There was a small hiccup due to miscommunication on the paperwork, but both Jose and Juan Carlos assured me that their office would get back to me to workout a mutually agreeable solution; and I don’t doubt it for a second.
I hope that ARS appreciates how blessed they are to have such great employees.

This Company installed a Carrier A/C unit 8/26/2016. The installation was not done correctly and did not pass inspection, so they had to come back out and install it correctly before the County inspector would pass it. Twice the blower in this unit has failed and both times, the repair person did not have the unit to replace and repair the A/C but they wanted me to pay the $99.00 fee for them to come out and do nothing. Then the repair person tried to sell me on spending between $4,000.00 down to $970.00 to replace the unit that the unit is under manufacturer warranty for 10 years. I was able to call another repair Company and they replaced the unit and charged me $576.00 to replace and install the unit so that my wife that is not well could have A/C. I will never use this Company. I have tried 4 times and every time it has been a disaster. They don't care about the customer only making more money. Ruben R. 06/02/20 |

They both provided me with customer support that could only come by way of; technicians demonstrating strong functional knowledge on how to maintain long-term family’s air condition operations.
Their displays of being highly devoted to achieving the objectives of good customer support, was more solid indications of the pride taken in their work.
RAIKO and NOEL walked me through demonstrated systematic steps of proper maintenance of our A/C unit components, as they carried out with their approach in this servicing assignment.

I have purchased 6 A/C in 44 years.
Never a salesman went to the attic to check the conductors for a possible leak, never a salesman spent two hours inspecting the house in/out before he recommended what unit was the best for us; never more than 20 minutes. The installers-it is a big unit-never stop working. The technician in charge was certified in A/C. We recommend ARS because they are the very best in the industry.
