American Irrigation significantly modified the sprinkler system that was in place when I purchased my new home two years ago. Since I moved in, I have added several large garden beds and a patio, so my irrigation needs had changed.
I found the office staff as well as the installers to be polite and efficient.
The installation was completed in a single day without significant damage to my lawn. (Of course, running new pipes required a little bit of trenching but that was done with a minimum of disruption and the removed sod was carefully replaced.) The installers left the worksite clean.
I avoid writing a review until after several weeks have passed so that I can be sure that I am satisfied with the product. In this case, I have waited nearly two months. And, I am happy to say, I am still very satisfied.

Bryson came out to do a full inspection of our 24 year old irrigation system which has been repaired only when needed. He was professional, polite and very informative. He flagged many issues and told us which repairs needed immediate attention and others which could wait. There was no pressure at all. The communication throughout the entire process was top-notch! Great customer service from all of the office staff! Bryson and a crew member showed up on time and spent an entire day making all of the repairs. They let me know when they were leaving for lunch and when they returned. After completing all repairs, Bryson was very thorough and walked us through every zone to show us what was done. We hired American Irrigation Repair to provide maintenance on an existing sprinkler system and install a large irrigation system on the back half of a 1.2 Acre lot. At first I thought the quote might be a little high, but I was confident they would do a good job. Let me tell you, they exceeded our expectations and confirmed our decision was correct in selecting them for this large project. The install team, managed by ****, was professional, they went out of their way not to damage anything, picked up the job site every day and put the yard back as good as new. I would highly recommend American Irrigation for all your irrigation and irrigation repair. The crew did a great job repairing irrigation in our backyard. They also checked and replaced other lines and sprinkler heads that needed replaced throughout our yard.
After they finished all the work, you could not even tell where repairs were done. They cleaned up everything and even hosed down our patio.

I had a bad leak in January. It was fixed, but a couple of nearby wires were reversed. I had a technician who thought it was a broken wire and maybe needed a new controller. Sean diagnosis the problem after several hours of effort. He made a generous and correct decision to not charge me as the earlier repair had resulted in crossing wires that colors of wires were reversed from normal colors. As a result of my realtor's recommendation, I used this company's online way to make an appointment. I was able to describe the problem on the site. The appointment was for a week out. After a couple of days, I received a call asking if I wanted to have service the next day because of a cancellation. The first indicator of good service. The service tech arrived on time. He was wearing a mask upon arrival. Another good thing. After that neither he nor I wore a mask, but we were very far apart outside. That's OK! Michael had read the info I had supplied online. He seemed concerned to find the problem. He also gave me the impression that he knew what he was doing! Early on after locating the problem and formulating a good and complete solution (not stop gap), he let me know a very good approximate cost. Michael actually listened to my comments and answered my questions. He and his partner did the work, tested the system and cleaned up the sidewalk. I have every reason to believe the problem is solved. If by chance there is still a problem, I am confident the company and Michael will make it right! Within ten minutes after they left, I got a call from the office wanting to know if all had gone well and was I satisfied. I am very satisfied.
