I had a bad leak in January. It was fixed, but a couple of nearby wires were reversed. I had a technician who thought it was a broken wire and maybe needed a new controller. Sean diagnosis the problem after several hours of effort. He made a generous and correct decision to not charge me as the earlier repair had resulted in crossing wires that colors of wires were reversed from normal colors. He is my hero who recognized an understandable error by a previous worker. I now highly recommend American Irrigation Repairs. Honest and competent. (See More)

Fantastic service. Sean L******* is outstanding technician and communicator. Arrived promptly. listened carefully to my problem and solved it quickly. There twice a year check up and certification to city of Georgetown is extremely low cost compared to the service provided. I had a serious problem and they discovered the causes and corrected not just that but adjusted coverage and replaced multiple heads at no additional cost. i've had experience with several other companies in Georgetown and had to fire them for incompetence. Last year I had this company out because I WAS having a problem with a sprinkler head. They inspected them all and fixed the broken one for a very reasonable price. This year I had no specific problem but wanted to make sure the water was getting to the right places and to insure that nothing was broken. I got the same person as last year and he is just the best. I had 1 head that needed replacing and he reset the system to go off at 2 a.m. instead of 6 which will be better for my lawn. Excellent knowledge of irrigation systems. Ours is somewhat complicated with 19 zones and due to a recent lightening strike the control box had to be replaced along with a couple valves that were also affected. Though complicated, Sean and his tech isolated the problem and fixed it. Can't say enough good things about how thorough they were and effective the solution. I have used American Irrigation Repair on several occasions in the past, both at my house and at my church, and in every case found them to be responsive, reasonable, and reliable. On the first occasion, they showed me how to turn on a system in my new house, and did not charge me. On the second occasion, they repaired and added on to a system at my church, and were the low bidders for the work. They did an excellent job on that contract. Most recently, I had turned off the system at my old house because of an underground leak. When the grass turned brown, I called for help, and American Irrigation Repair responded within a few days, even though they were fully booked with work and not taking on new customers. Even though I was not able to be present during the repair work, they repaired the system and checked it out to make sure all was working. I first had AIR out to fix a sprinkler valve which would not turn off. While they were here they checked our total system. They found several problems that I thought I could fix. I was able to fix all but one. The one I could not fix was a cut line under my drive. I called them back and they fixed this station very quickly. It's all part of having the right tool. These guys are lifesavers! Last Summer I realized half of my zones were not working and my grass was dying. I called them and they diagnosed and repaired the problem (a contractor had cut the wires to my valves) within 24 hours.
