Krysten scheduled us for a service call to check 2 heads that needed adjustments and relocate 4 emitters. Ryan and his helper arrived on time and went right to work. After completing their work and re-checking the system they discovered a leak caused by our landscapers. They fixed the leak and re-checked the system. Kudos to Ryan for saving us a huge water bill! Face masks and protective gear were used during and after the service call. Billing was quick on the spot and we were able to apply our club membership discounts. Ryan M. arrived early to do a 20 Point System Tune Up for the first time for me because I wasn’t happy with the water coverage in my back lawn not to mention that I had stepped on and broke one of the sprinkler heads trying to get it to work properly. To make a long story short, Ryan found that my water pressure regulator was bad and would need to be replaced (by a plumber) before he could do the 20 Point System Tune Up and make any recommendations for improvements. I found Ryan a professional that knew his craft. Before leaving, he replaced my broken sprinkler head and referred me to a reputable plumber to replace the bad pressure regulator should it no longer be warranted by my home builder. I can assure you I will be rescheduling the Tune Up with American Irrigation Repair once the pressure regulator is replaced. Thank you Ryan M. (See More)

I called for service and although they were booked 2 weeks out they called the next day with an opening and were able to work me in! I am not a customer... my neighbor is. I just want to say how great ryan is for my single mother neighbor. She had a puddle coming up in her front yard and called American irradiation because she bought the top line of warranties when she got her system installed. Ryan dug up where the leak was and found out it was a left over pipe from the foreman's trailer. He plugged the pipe and filled the hole back. Did not charge a thing and was happy too do it. December 2019, Ryan came to our home to evaluate the irrigation system that was initially installed in 2005. He made suggestions and recommendations that made really good sense that would save water and provide more evenly distributed water for our lawn and flower beds. His estimate for the work to be completed was for two days. On January 6, 2020, Ryan and his assistant, Edgar, came as scheduled for a two day job of replacing, relocating, adding sprinkler heads, replacing the 7 valves & the main control box. On the afternoon of January 7, 2020, the job was completed, all sprinkler heads were checked & adjusted and a schematic of the system was created for the customer. This was the smoothest, accurate job of this type we have ever been exposed to for anything repaired or added to our home. We would highly recommend Ryan, Edgar & American Irrigation for any work regarding the irrigation system for home or commercial businesses. If at all possible, you will not go wrong contacting American Irrigation, especially if you request Ryan for the necessary estimate and/or work needed. (See More)

Ryan and American Irrigation Repair are the very best company in Georgetown and Round Rock. I was not satisfied with other irrigation so-called experts who worked on my yard sprinkler system. Some years ago a friend told me about American Irrigation. I thought I'd try them. What a surprise! Excellent and reasonable service. One technician found an underground leak in the system! Most recently, Ryan came out to check on the system. There were drip lines in two areas that another firm had put in. They did not provide enough water, It looks as if I may have lost some valuable plants. Ryan replaced both lines with a more efficient yet water watching lines and devices. He did this efficiently and at a reasonable cost. If you are reading this you may be looking for an effective and able irrigation team to install, maintain or repair an irrigation system. On Monday I discovered that our landscape crew had run over and broken off one of our irrigation heads and if we didn't get it repaired before Thursday we wouldn't be able to irrigate on our designated day mandated by Georgetown Utilities. I immediately called Kyrsten and told her the problem. She moved things around and scheduled our Tech, Ryan, to come out on Wednesday afternoon. He showed up an hour early and went right to work. He replaced the broken head on zone 4 and in addition he re-adjusted 2 other heads to optimize zone 10 coverage and fixed an emitter hose that had slipped off and was wasting water. To fix the emitter he had to belly crawl under a rose hedge to reconnect the hose. He had all this done in less than 30 minutes! With this kind of response and service I wouldn't consider using another service company to handle our irrigation needs! Another great experience with American Irrigation's team of Krysten and Ryan. I recently scheduled my August club tuneup with Krysten at American Irrigation. My Service Tech Ryan came out, ahead of schedule, and after checking in with me, went right to work. He checked each of my 13 zones, making adjustments where needed including spray heads, spray rotors, emitters, and tree bubblers. In addition, each zone timer was evaluated to address the extreme dry heat that we are experiencing and to ensure proper water coverage for every area. All in all another great experience in scheduling and service by the A.I. team of Krysten and Ryan!! Would not consider using anyone else after 4-1/2 years of using American Irrigation. (See More)

I called and spoke to Krysten about an area that wan't getting enough water and ask if she could work me in to the schedule but there was no rush. Ryan and his helper came out that afternoon!..... assessed the problem and recommended a rotary type sprayer head over the existing one. They had it changed out in minutes and even added an emitter to a new potted plant at no charge. I have used this company twice now and have been impressed enough to sign up for their annual service plan. Ryan has come out both times I believe. They have done the system testing and performed quite a few repairs (over two visits). All work has been done with excellent results. We had a significant number of problems with our system (home builder installed and 5 years old) that they were able to rectify. I found Ryan to be very knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. On the first visit he found that he could not definitively determine the problems with our sprinklers as there were several things going wrong some of which had to due with a PRV valve that needed to be replaced. He recommended that we have a plumber come out and look at the PRV valve and once that was done that we could schedule again for our irrigation tune up. The plumber said he was spot on in his assessment the PRV valve was replaced and as Ryan predicted several issues that we had been dealing with were directly related to that. On his second visit he fixed a faulty valve in one zone and located a leak in a pipe that we were unaware of. Very pleased with the service we received and we will definitely use them again should the need arise. I have already recommended him to a neighbor. (See More)

Ryan came out and ran a check of my system. I thought I wanted the bubblers for my trees and another bubbler capped, but he provided his professional opinion about why I needed to keep them. He replaced the bubbler heads with a much better product and also replaced the battery in my control box. the service was outstanding and very reasonable. The service was very good -- the tech arrived ahead of scheduled time which was just fine with me and helpful for my afternoon. Ryan was courteous and knowledgeable about the sprinkler system. He found a damaged controller module and replaced it, found one bad rotor and replaced this and changed the battery in my controller. The battery and rotor were replaced at no charge and the charge for the controller module was reasonable, particularly with the discount applied wit the pre-paid tune-up. I was very satisfied with the work done, will continue using American Irrigation Repair LLC and would highly recommend them to anyone wanting sprinkler system maintenance and repair. The office staff was very helpful in arranging this appointment and provided reminders of the appointment in a couple of different media -- generally very good customer service in every way. There is no possible way to explain how very, very pleased I am with the service provided by Ryan and American Irrigation every single time they examine my yard irrigation system! Each time they make some really significant improvement. This trip literally saved me hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars. Ryan found three sprinkler heads that were running seven or so hours per night. (I wondered why my water bill was no high. And, last year they discovered a leak in an obscure pipe.) Thanks to Ryan and his coworker, my sprinkler system back in order for summertime. They both did a wonderful job. Noticed that a section of grass was turning brown and discovered one of my irrigation heads malfunctioning....probably due to my mowing the grass and hitting it. I called American Irrigation and they scheduled Ryan and Jaime to come out the very next day! They showed up right on time, as usual, and had the head replaced and added a couple of 360deg nozzles for me in record time! Set my programming on the unit and changed out the battery that I didn't know existed. Ryan did a top notch job in sorting out all of the changes that I have made to my yard and the irrigation system over the past ten years. He found several heads that needed to be replaced as well as a couple of valves that were past their serviceable lifespan. We really appreciate their follow up which seems to be lacking in so many businesses these days, i.e. calling us after our pool was put in to have our sprinkler system checked. When we had our drip irrigation converted to pop up heads, Sean offered a small hose connected to the sprinklers to water the pot on the front porch for when we're away - what an awesome feature! Excellent service from a local company! Estimate was delivered super fast, and they were not only the cheapest price but also used the equipment I prefer (Hunter roters and Rainbird sprays). Work was scheduled within 3 days and was completed as agreed and in less time than was estimated. We added a new zone for roters and added two sprays to an existing zone.
