Juan did an excellent job of assessing needs for my landscape renovation. I converted some of my lawn to planting beds, planters and hanging pots. He drew out a plan to add separate stations for lawn vs plantings that would conform to my HOA rules. He added micro-sprayers to the planters and hanging pots so I can travel without having to hire someone to water my plants. My yard has a lot of stone and metal edging, as well as graveled areas. Juan and his crew dug trenches and laid pipe without any damage to those areas and cleaned up so well afterwards that you can't tell any work was done in those parts of my yard. I highly recommend Juan for both his knowledge and work ethic. (See More)

When I called American Irrigation, I was treated with respect. An appointment was made efficiently around my time frame.
Concerns:
1) It was sometimes difficult to understand Juan. However, he was willing to repeat everything.
2) The leak that was repaired a couple of years ago resurfaced. Was it not properly fixed the first time?
3) I was glad the cost to make the system operational was lower this time. However, I am somewhat confused that I was not offered a lower rate previously.
Thanks for making my sprinkler system ready for use!

A couple of years ago I had a leak in my irrigation system and asked American Irrigation Repair to repair. It was a difficult time financially for me, so I could not afford to pay for all the repairs to get my sprinkler system back in operation. Another leak, in the same location, surfaced this year. I feel like they overcharge for services performed. I paid $300 to have 8 sprinkler heads replaced, which took less than an hour. And the $99 analysis/tune-up didn’t seem very thorough. After they left, I found 3 heads in the same zone that don’t retract, and puddling around another head. And the valve box for that zone was buried under about an inch of soil/mud, so pretty sure it wasn’t inspected. Owner Response Hi Jacqueline I appreciate your business. When deer knocked into the irrigation loop and broke a pipe I called American Irrigation. Juan V. came that morning to get our house water turned back on and access the damage. A few years ago we'd had the irrigation loop repaired and it was not done correctly. Juan explained the correct repairs necessary and returned the following day to get the job done.
