American Irrigation significantly modified the sprinkler system that was in place when I purchased my new home two years ago. Since I moved in, I have added several large garden beds and a patio, so my irrigation needs had changed.
I found the office staff as well as the installers to be polite and efficient.
The installation was completed in a single day without significant damage to my lawn. (Of course, running new pipes required a little bit of trenching but that was done with a minimum of disruption and the removed sod was carefully replaced.) The installers left the worksite clean.
I avoid writing a review until after several weeks have passed so that I can be sure that I am satisfied with the product. In this case, I have waited nearly two months. And, I am happy to say, I am still very satisfied.
Based on my experience, I heartily recommend American Irrigation. (See More)

I have been a club member for 4 years. Their service provided in Leander, with almost perpetual water rationing, is quintessential. I need optimal water use for landscape maintenance and reduced water bills. They have adjusted heads (height and location) as my planting changes have necessitated. They have monitored and adjusted pressure and range. They have,in real terms, added to the value of my house.

We signed up with them after the first visit, as regular customers, and we have had nothing but good experiences with their technician and his work. This is the second time I have used this company, and they sent the same technician at my request. Rob did such a good job at communicating with me; both understanding what I wanted to have done to my sprinkler system, and also making good sense recommendations. Nothing is free or cheap when it comes to repairs on things, but I recommend this company as fair and reasonable about their prices, and their guys work hard until the job is done. 5 stars! "When we began considering having a sprinkler system installed, our neighbor recommended American Irrigation Repair. Thankfully we took his advice. Justin came out and discussed what we had in mind and then offered suggestions based on what we wanted to do. He measured our yard, then wrote up a detailed estimate, complete with plenty of literature on the products (sprinkler heads, controllers, etc...) that they use. By the way, they use multiple companies' products, not just one, so you don't feel like they are a sales person for a particular company. We have ultimately decided to put the project on hold, but will definitely call American Irrigation Repair later this year when we are ready to proceed with a sprinkler system install." (See More)

I Purchased a new irrigation system a few weeks ago, I did what anyone would do and set up several appointment with multiple companies. Three to be exact, I called and left messages with all three companies and Justin with American Irrigation was the first to get back with me.(within the same day I left message) He was very professional on the phone so I set an appointment to meet him the next day. I personally work in a very similar field of business where I meet in homes for consulting about water filtration. When we were done discussing the options for the sprinkler system to be installed at my home. I knew it was the company I would be doing business with. He was genuine about supplying me with my needs and not him with his. I run my business the same way in a home and never pressure people into making a rash decision. He is the only person I needed to talk with, he said he would give me a few days to think about it and if there were any questions I could call. The next day I called him back and scheduled an install, there were so many things that stuck out in my mind about his professionalism that it made it a very easy decision for me and my wife. He does it right, I know My family made the right decision by going with Justin. Sorry for such the long review but if you are thinking about an irrigation system do not pass these guys up. These guys are lifesavers! Last Summer I realized half of my zones were not working and my grass was dying. I called them and they diagnosed and repaired the problem (a contractor had cut the wires to my valves) within 24 hours. It was an affordable repair and it was done right........would definitely recommend them. (See More)
