Krysten scheduled us for a service call to check 2 heads that needed adjustments and relocate 4 emitters. Ryan and his helper arrived on time and went right to work. After completing their work and re-checking the system they discovered a leak caused by our landscapers. They fixed the leak and re-checked the system. Kudos to Ryan for saving us a huge water bill! On Monday I discovered that our landscape crew had run over and broken off one of our irrigation heads and if we didn't get it repaired before Thursday we wouldn't be able to irrigate on our designated day mandated by Georgetown Utilities. I immediately called Kyrsten and told her the problem. She moved things around and scheduled our Tech, Ryan, to come out on Wednesday afternoon. He showed up an hour early and went right to work. He replaced the broken head on zone 4 and in addition he re-adjusted 2 other heads to optimize zone 10 coverage and fixed an emitter hose that had slipped off and was wasting water. To fix the emitter he had to belly crawl under a rose hedge to reconnect the hose. He had all this done in less than 30 minutes! With this kind of response and service I wouldn't consider using another service company to handle our irrigation needs! Another great experience with American Irrigation's team of Krysten and Ryan. I recently scheduled my August club tuneup with Krysten at American Irrigation. My Service Tech Ryan came out, ahead of schedule, and after checking in with me, went right to work. He checked each of my 13 zones, making adjustments where needed including spray heads, spray rotors, emitters, and tree bubblers. In addition, each zone timer was evaluated to address the extreme dry heat that we are experiencing and to ensure proper water coverage for every area. All in all another great experience in scheduling and service by the A.I. team of Krysten and Ryan!! Would not consider using anyone else after 4-1/2 years of using American Irrigation. (See More)

I called and spoke to Krysten about an area that wan't getting enough water and ask if she could work me in to the schedule but there was no rush. Ryan and his helper came out that afternoon!..... assessed the problem and recommended a rotary type sprayer head over the existing one. They had it changed out in minutes and even added an emitter to a new potted plant at no charge. Very pleased with the team of Krysten in scheduling and Ryan in service and have been for over 4 years. Ryan is my go to tech when I have any watering or coverage issues on our acre. Highly recommend this company!

Discovered a couple of leaks in our irrigation line where the landscapers had nicked the pipe. I called American Irrigation and they quickly and efficiently scheduled a service call for the following Wednesday. Then they called Monday morning and said they were able to work me in to a slot for that morning! Agustin came out and not only repaired the 2 leaks but also replaced a head that was damaged. Once again a bang up job from the folks at American Irrigation. After 4 years they continue to be my only choice for irrigation services! (See More)

Teamwork pays off. Our experience with the guys from American Irrigation has always been exceptional quality, starting with Customer Service rep Krysten. She is organized so I don't have to be, and she schedules our 6-month irrigation inspections with aplomb. We receive an email confirmation, including photos of the assigned technicians, and they show up on time. What expertise! What good humor! Calling businesses these days for a particular service can be troublesome and many times even challenging. A customer expects the other person on the phone to know what the customer is calling about "simply - service" and be able to answer simple questions, when needed.
I must say that Krysten V. is this type of person.

Today I called and talked to Krysten to see if our service rep, Ryan could work me in to his schedule to install two bubblers for 2 new trees that we are planting on Friday. Krysten called me back timely and confirmed that he would be able to come by after his last scheduled appointment before the weekend! Krysten also sent me an appointment confirmation via email for my calendar. Once again the American Irrigation team of Ryan and Krysten working together to go the extra mile for the customer! Krysten and all of the office staff are always helpful and a pleasure to talk to when a service call is needed. They work with your schedule and when it is convenient for you instead of the other way around. I joined their club about 3 months ago and it is definitely worth it with the benefits that go along with membership. Our home is on an acre that is a challenge to keep watered...constant wind and numerous slopes coupled with water restrictions make it hard to keep it green during the hot dry summers. Ryan has always demonstrated an understanding of problems when they arise and has offered solutions each time. We have a lot invested in landscape and I am glad to have Ryan, Jaime and American Irrigation looking out for our investment. Last year I had this company out because I WAS having a problem with a sprinkler head. They inspected them all and fixed the broken one for a very reasonable price. This year I had no specific problem but wanted to make sure the water was getting to the right places and to insure that nothing was broken. I got the same person as last year and he is just the best. I had 1 head that needed replacing and he reset the system to go off at 2 a.m. instead of 6 which will be better for my lawn. I did have a couple that were difficult to adjust but they were able to get the job done and now all heads work like they should. Jim takes time to explain all repairs or any problems that he sees and sometimes will give us different options to fix to a problem. They are punctual which is a BIG deal for me.
