I called for service and although they were booked 2 weeks out they called the next day with an opening and were able to work me in! Excellent service from a local company! Estimate was delivered super fast, and they were not only the cheapest price but also used the equipment I prefer (Hunter roters and Rainbird sprays). Work was scheduled within 3 days and was completed as agreed and in less time than was estimated. We added a new zone for roters and added two sprays to an existing zone. I have been very pleased with American Irrigation Repair and have continued to use them for over a year now......Rob came out as scheduled yesterday and did an outstanding job as usual!! He is very personable and customer focused and went the extra mile to make sure all our bubblers were installed and set properly. In addition to checking water coverage for all stations, he even took care of a head that had been bumped and wasn’t getting water to one of our plants. I have used American Irrigation Repair on several occasions in the past, both at my house and at my church, and in every case found them to be responsive, reasonable, and reliable. On the first occasion, they showed me how to turn on a system in my new house, and did not charge me. On the second occasion, they repaired and added on to a system at my church, and were the low bidders for the work. They did an excellent job on that contract. Most recently, I had turned off the system at my old house because of an underground leak. When the grass turned brown, I called for help, and American Irrigation Repair responded within a few days, even though they were fully booked with work and not taking on new customers. Even though I was not able to be present during the repair work, they repaired the system and checked it out to make sure all was working. Sean was the repairman who came to our properties along with his helper. He was courteous, well qualified and hard working. He and his helper serviced two of our properties with one requiring substantial repair. They were thorough in fixing the problem caused when our sewer line was repaired, and they cleaned up a mess left by the sewer line people. I am thankful for their service and highly recommend them. Last year I had this company out because I WAS having a problem with a sprinkler head. They inspected them all and fixed the broken one for a very reasonable price. This year I had no specific problem but wanted to make sure the water was getting to the right places and to insure that nothing was broken. I got the same person as last year and he is just the best. I had 1 head that needed replacing and he reset the system to go off at 2 a.m. instead of 6 which will be better for my lawn. I had a quote form Justin for over a year and just could not make it happen but when I was ready to pull the trigger Justin still honored his original quote! Installation was done very well. We have been using them for about 2 years. Jim is our technician and he and his helper are very friendly and professional. Jim takes time to explain all repairs or any problems that he sees and sometimes will give us different options to fix to a problem. They are punctual which is a BIG deal for me. I first had AIR out to fix a sprinkler valve which would not turn off. While they were here they checked our total system. They found several problems that I thought I could fix. I was able to fix all but one. The one I could not fix was a cut line under my drive. I called them back and they fixed this station very quickly. It's all part of having the right tool. We had our sprinkler system turned off due to all our rain of late. Very mysteriously it turned itself on early one Sunday morning. Not only did it turn itself on but all 3 zones were watering simultaneously. There was nothing that could be done to get it to stop watering. Finally, a neighbor turned off our water supply. We were without water for 24 hours and that was terrible! American Irrigation to the rescue!. They were very punctual, very courteous to the point of being sweet and thoughtful. They examined the system and found that the computer in the control panel was worn out. It was such a weird thing that we feared it would be impossible to diagnose. "When we began considering having a sprinkler system installed, our neighbor recommended American Irrigation Repair. Thankfully we took his advice. Justin came out and discussed what we had in mind and then offered suggestions based on what we wanted to do. He measured our yard, then wrote up a detailed estimate, complete with plenty of literature on the products (sprinkler heads, controllers, etc...) that they use. By the way, they use multiple companies' products, not just one, so you don't feel like they are a sales person for a particular company. We have ultimately decided to put the project on hold, but will definitely call American Irrigation Repair later this year when we are ready to proceed with a sprinkler system install." (See More)
