As a result of my realtor's recommendation, I used this company's online way to make an appointment. I was able to describe the problem on the site. The appointment was for a week out. After a couple of days, I received a call asking if I wanted to have service the next day because of a cancellation. The first indicator of good service. The service tech arrived on time. He was wearing a mask upon arrival. Another good thing. After that neither he nor I wore a mask, but we were very far apart outside. That's OK! Michael had read the info I had supplied online. He seemed concerned to find the problem. He also gave me the impression that he knew what he was doing! Early on after locating the problem and formulating a good and complete solution (not stop gap), he let me know a very good approximate cost. Michael actually listened to my comments and answered my questions. He and his partner did the work, tested the system and cleaned up the sidewalk. I have every reason to believe the problem is solved. If by chance there is still a problem, I am confident the company and Michael will make it right! Within ten minutes after they left, I got a call from the office wanting to know if all had gone well and was I satisfied. I am very satisfied. If needed in the future, I would call this company again, and I would specifically ask for Michael! (See More)

He took the time to explain to me in detail what was going on and how his proposal would make my existing system function properly. My sprinkler system failed to run in any of the 9 zones. Mike came right on time as scheduled and found a big hole in the main supply line going around my property. Mike was very courteous and professional. He tested the entire system and quickly made the necessary adjustments with no additional charges. He showed me that all zones were now working properly. I have used these folks for the last 3 years and could not be happier, I use their annual program where they come out twice a year to check and adjust the irrigation system as necessary. They always schedule ahead of time and call and email you so you know when they are coming. If they find any repairs/parts are required, a 15% discount applies. Great program and great people! First off I didn't catch the name of the guys that came out so I may have selected the wrong guy when forced to select someone. Probably need to rethink that. But I digress. The two guys that came out yesterday did a great job. It was a combo trouble call and final tune up. They fixed the bad head and then talked to my wife about some heads she wanted moved. Got that done and then while walking the lawn found a wet spot that they dug up and found a leak. Fix that and then went over the set up I had input to the controller just to double check that what was in there was what I had intended to put in there. We agreed on the set up and we were done. There were a couple of heads not working properly that he fixed quickly, and I had a couple of changes that they did, as well. I'd happily recommend Michael and American Irrigation Repair to anyone. I am part of American Irrigation Club, they called to remind me to have my system checked, I set an appointment 3-5 pm and Michael arrived at 3:15 was very efficient and checked the system and programmed my watering times. American Irrigation Repair out of Georgetown TX. does great work. They call to set up an appointment time to come out, then do a call reminder the day before. I have requested a 30 minute notice ( to crate dogs) and the technician MIchael called to let me know they were on time and 30 minutes out. When they arrived he introduced himself and the other technician. They were very nice and listened to what I wanted done before getting right to work. When they were done MIchael explained the bill and said the office would call and schedule the next check up for system but made sure to say if we needed anything else or a problem with our system happened to call the office right away. This company does excellent work and the employees and technicians are all very nice to work with. (See More)
