We were completely satisfied with our experience today. We knew we needed an inspection and suspected the sprinkler heads in the front needed adjustment or repair due to the heat distress our yard experienced last summer. Miguel inspected and fixed issues in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost. Kristin (sp?) called later to confirm satisfaction. At that time she told me our service qualified us for a rebate with the city water service - LOVE A BONUS! We were doing this anyway, and the cost was totally reasonable - but the added incentive of a $75 rebate on our water bill is added benefit!!! Thank you! (See More)

Miguel and his partner came out on a Saturday afternoon with their office calling and letting me know they were running late. They went through my whole system and found a buried soaker hose in one of my front flower beds that had come apart. They dug it up and fixed it at no charge and replaced 4 heads in my back yard that had been damaged. His partner found 3 heads that I had been looking for and could not find. I am so impressed with American Irrigation that I give their name out to anyone that wants a new system or needs work done on the one they have. All of their techs are super nice and knowledgeable about their job. Miguel was awesome. We walked the front and back yard and I told him problems that I had seen and things that I wanted him to check on. He and his partner did exactly what I asked them to do and had me check what they did to make sure it was fixed to my satisfaction. They go above and beyond in my opinion to make sure the customer is happy. I wouldn't have anyone else work on my system but them. (See More)

There were a number of faults with my system, several of which were not apparent from the surfaces. These and the visible problems were repaired by your technicians efficiently. The work done appears to be done well but there are several issues:
* Sprinkler head replacements and installations were highly overpriced. Less than 2 hours work cost just under $600
* I had fresh sod laid prior to the sprinkler system getting maintenance so it needed more watering and days watered to allow it to take hold. The system was reset to 2 days watering without my knowledge. Due to less watering before I discovered the problem, my new grass was overstressed and wilted.
* A sticker with watering zones and recommend watering times was applied over the controller instructions inside the controller box. This sticker covered almost the entire instruction sheet. The sticker did not peal off cleanly, there by leaving the instructions a mess and sticker only partially readable for future use.

Cindy prompt set up a time to repair a leaky lawn sprinkler system and was able to send Miguel and Matthew a day early when they became available.
