We hired American Irrigation Repair to provide maintenance on an existing sprinkler system and install a large irrigation system on the back half of a 1.2 Acre lot. At first I thought the quote might be a little high, but I was confident they would do a good job. Let me tell you, they exceeded our expectations and confirmed our decision was correct in selecting them for this large project. The install team, managed by ****, was professional, they went out of their way not to damage anything, picked up the job site every day and put the yard back as good as new. I now have 20 zones set up, 100% coverage, and am very pleased with the outcome. (See More)

He is absolutely the very best - we have had issues with this sprinkler system since buying the house. he spent the time to correct issues and then checked it all out and ask us to be sure we were pleased...ok - and let's not forget that super helper he had. On this annual system check Cecillio and his assistant were typically very thorough in checking out the control box and the sprinkler heads in each zone. Cecillio discovered a small pool of water collecting near one sprinkler head in the back yard near a flower bed--something that had not been detected in earlier service visits. Upon further investigation and digging back under a path nearly 15 feet away he found a sprinkler head that had been covered, buried, but not capped when a gravel path was installed in the back yard by landscapers over five years ago. Any time that zone was operated that sprinkler head seeped water--and this had been going on for over 5 years! Cecillio capped that head and restored the path to its normal condition. I want to thank him for the extra effort on his part in finding and fixing this leak and stopping this expensive and unnecessary waste of water. Please compliment him on his thoroughness and professionalism as soon as you get the opportunity. He is an employee who deserves special recognition and appreciation. (See More)

Scheduled one of the two check ups for the system, We had two areas where we had noticed bubbling. One was a cap had come loose. The other was a cracked pipe under the sidewalk. Juan V did the check and proceeded to fix both problems. He is courteous, informed, and professional. He cleaned up both areas. Extremely satisfied with Juan and with the company.

I thought i had routine check up scheduled because my system seemed to be working fine with maybe a couple of hot spots that needed tweaking. I have not been having any trouble scheduling or testing my system but the ‘manual’ button broke on my tech and apparently this required the whole new control box which cost me $400. It's my fault for not examining my options more, but I was hoping for a bigger break from the company since I have not been having trouble with the button before. In hindsight, I probably could live without a ‘manual’ button for $400.
The guys did a decent job in a timely fashion. The new control box seems a little better but some of the displays our microscopically small. I literally had to get a magnifying glass to see the days of the week and the program that I was on. So I give this a mixed review here. (See More)
