Last year I had this company out because I WAS having a problem with a sprinkler head. They inspected them all and fixed the broken one for a very reasonable price. This year I had no specific problem but wanted to make sure the water was getting to the right places and to insure that nothing was broken. I got the same person as last year and he is just the best. I had 1 head that needed replacing and he reset the system to go off at 2 a.m. instead of 6 which will be better for my lawn. On this annual system check Cecillio and his assistant were typically very thorough in checking out the control box and the sprinkler heads in each zone. Cecillio discovered a small pool of water collecting near one sprinkler head in the back yard near a flower bed--something that had not been detected in earlier service visits. Upon further investigation and digging back under a path nearly 15 feet away he found a sprinkler head that had been covered, buried, but not capped when a gravel path was installed in the back yard by landscapers over five years ago. Any time that zone was operated that sprinkler head seeped water--and this had been going on for over 5 years! Cecillio capped that head and restored the path to its normal condition. I want to thank him for the extra effort on his part in finding and fixing this leak and stopping this expensive and unnecessary waste of water. I am not a customer... my neighbor is. I just want to say how great ryan is for my single mother neighbor. She had a puddle coming up in her front yard and called American irradiation because she bought the top line of warranties when she got her system installed. Ryan dug up where the leak was and found out it was a left over pipe from the foreman's trailer. He plugged the pipe and filled the hole back. Did not charge a thing and was happy too do it.
