A year ago I was in need of a company to fix my irrigation system. Previously I had used one that was recommended to me from a neighbor. Needless to say I wasn't pleased with that one. So I got out the old phone book and started searching. I saw that American Irrigation was close to my house and decided to take a chance. That was the best chance I took. They are very professional and arrive during the time allotment that I was given. I was offered a contract for a year and decided to take it. That was a good thing. Ryan did a top notch job in sorting out all of the changes that I have made to my yard and the irrigation system over the past ten years. He found several heads that needed to be replaced as well as a couple of valves that were past their serviceable lifespan. One zone wasn't working and Ryan had to return at another time to properly troubleshoot it. His knowledge and skills were tested and he successfully found the electrical wire that was the culprit. I am part of American Irrigation Club, they called to remind me to have my system checked, I set an appointment 3-5 pm and Michael arrived at 3:15 was very efficient and checked the system and programmed my watering times. Juan Mireles came out for American Irrigation to perform and spring maintenance on my sprinkler system. Juan was on time and a very polite individual. He listened to what I wanted done and then went about his work very efficiently. He came back and we discussed what he had found and discussed several options for doing the work. He replaced some bad sprinkler heads, put in more efficient heads in some spots to make sure I was getting the best coverage and moved some heads at my request. He also diagnosed a pressure problem and adjusted the pressure valves to give me the best pressure. I was totally satisfied and can't recommend him and American Irrigators enough. Juan M. 04/16/18 |

Excellent knowledge of irrigation systems. Ours is somewhat complicated with 19 zones and due to a recent lightening strike the control box had to be replaced along with a couple valves that were also affected. Though complicated, Sean and his tech isolated the problem and fixed it. Can't say enough good things about how thorough they were and effective the solution. This company was great. When I had to unexpectedly cancel my scheduled appointment they went out of there way to reschedule me quickly at a time that fit my schedule. Filiberto and Eduardo were at my home when promised. They did the assessment of the system and gave me two options and let me decide which direction I wanted to go. I felt that Filiberto looked for ways to keep my cost down....then the phenomenal thing was that they worked until the sun went down after 8pm to do the work! That was above and beyond what I expected. Filiberto explained that he wanted to get it done for us because if he left, it would be several weeks (because of the busyness of the season) before they could come back to do it!
