Bryson and Agustin were excellent! They arrived on time, fixed the problem and were on their way! I really appreciated the lady I spoke with yesterday, she was efficient and tried very hard to help me get my sprinkler head fixed before the fertilizer was applied. Excellent all the way around! There appeared to be some confusion between their estimator and the field service crew. As I explained our plan for the yard the crew understood what I was going to do, but had some trouble laying out the sprinkler system based on my request.
When I had them return there was no argument that their work satisfied my criteria. They understood why I wanted the change and made no additional charge for the changes.
While the initial service might have been a little flawed, they were willing to 'take the blame', so to speak. That alone is very hard to find these days and is far more valuable to me than the fact that I had to have the additional work done. 03/21/18 |

American Irrigation is Awesome. I have never written a review for any service company before because most are the same as far as unreliable, careless, and just don't provide the level of service you want or expect. This is why I am writing this, American Irrigation's owners and staff are Awesome! they do what they say, when they say and perform beyond expectations. They are on time, reliable, dependable, trust worthy and service team like Ryan McDade are fantastic. Ryan worked at my home like it was his. On arrival, both gents listened to my concerns and were able to identify the issues with my system rapidly and effect repairs during that initial visit, rather than having to order parts and schedule another service day. My experience working with American Irrignation was extremely positive from quote to delivery. My first Interaction was with Justin he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when he came to our house. I got the proposal for our new irrigation system within a couple of hour same day. I had a bunch of question later down the road, their team (Tracy one of them) was always patiente to listen and quick to clarify my questions. Scheduling was easy and flexible.
