Agustin & Uriel came to my home and uncovered my irrigation problems in a very short time. They were very efficient and timely and did a great cost efficient job! I have had signifcant problems with other workers who spend far to much time uncovering problems and or are dishonest in their recommendations. I have been using American Irrigation Repair for two years. I have them come out twice a year and check how my system is running. Living in Georgetown, we have hard water even with a water softener so it is crucial to have my heads and nozzles fixed or replaced often because they don't work efficiently when they are damaged due to hard water. The repair techs work quickly and will answer any questions and show you any concerns. They do not pressure you to fix anything and you can make your own decisions. Horrible. Charged me a service call, didn't find anything then came out again to fix what first technician didn't find. Spent $75.00 for nothing! I would not recommend at all. They were very professional, estimate was done in a timely manner. They completed the work and it was very well done and communication was good all the way through. Down side is they miss marked my property and accidentally put my sprinklers a bit into my neighbors. Up side is they immediately came out and fixed it with full accountability and no problems. American Irrigation Repair installed the system as our house was being built in 2015. It has always worked perfectly. However, in 2016 we added some bushes and more sod. These changes affected some of the pop up heads and the new sod was not being irrigated at all. I called and asked American Irrigation to make necessary changes. Their pros showed up on time a few days later. They examined and tall previous work, moved a couple of heads, and adjusted the spray patterns so the system worked with the old and new landscaping. We have had Uriel O., Agustin V., and Paul out to our house 3 times in the last 4 years and have nothing but the best to say about these guys. We first moved in 3.5 years ago and they repaired our sprinklers in the front yard & gave us an estimate for getting the backyard broken ones to work. We were newlyweds and on a budget so we just did the front. We have had no issues with their work and they work great. Recently we decided it was time to get sprinklers in the back working and add some more for full coverage. The guys came out and gave us an estimate (which was WAY better pricing than a competitor) plus the guys are professional, on-time and clean up after themselves. They also fixed a broken water valve for us that was causing our water bill to skyrocket. The new sprinkler system works great and they were nice enough to add a little sprinkler head for one odd-ball plant for free just b/c they said they knew we needed it! I highly recommend Uriel O., Agustin V., and Paul! They were great guys and I wish all service trade professionals were actually professional like these 3 guys. I saw them clean up their water bottles & drinks before leaving and they locked the gate back perfectly to prevent our dog from getting out. The price was fair and the work was high quality. If we ever need anything else we will call them. Highly recommend! They also worked their tails off in July in 104 degree heat and still were all smiling and friendly. That's customer service! We have used American Irrigation twice and been very pleased both times. Shawn was who was out both times. Our neighbor wanted a bid from them as well, but beofre deciding to go with them, wanted to get quotes from others. So heck, why he has the other companies out we had them bid our work as well. I have used American Irrigation Repair on several occasions in the past, both at my house and at my church, and in every case found them to be responsive, reasonable, and reliable. On the first occasion, they showed me how to turn on a system in my new house, and did not charge me. On the second occasion, they repaired and added on to a system at my church, and were the low bidders for the work. They did an excellent job on that contract. Most recently, I had turned off the system at my old house because of an underground leak. When the grass turned brown, I called for help, and American Irrigation Repair responded within a few days, even though they were fully booked with work and not taking on new customers. Even though I was not able to be present during the repair work, they repaired the system and checked it out to make sure all was working. I contacted American Irrigation several months ago to get a quote to install a small irrigation system. There bid was quick and provided good documentation of the work to be completed. Their bid was competitive and I selected them. The owner of the company showed up with the crew on install day to confirm I understood everything they were going to do and how. During the walk through they proposed a couple of options for changing the way I was thinking about it. They made the end result even better than I imagined. I'm on a well and they encountered issues with the sediment in my system plugging up the filters in the irrigation controls. They continued to troubleshoot and ultimately solved the issue at no additional cost. The installation was very efficient and they left the property as clean as when they arrived. They gave me a great overview of the system and how to set and adjust all of the controls before they left. The system works perfectly and the owner called as a courtesy the next day to make sure everything turned out as I expected. Great experience!! Scheduling was easy and the guys showed up right on time. They looked at the job and gave me a very reasonable price to complete the work. We chose a date that worked best for my schedule and they called me the day before to confirm. They had to dig a trench through my existing yard in order to add a zone at the back of my property. They did an amazing job to minimize any damage and you can barley see where they dug. I'm confident after a couple weeks no one will be able to notice. After 9 years of neglecting my sprinkler system I decided it needed a makeover. I did some research online and ended up calling American Irrigation Repair LLC. I was sadly informed that they were on a waiting list and that it would be a couple weeks before they would be able to call and schedule me. I went ahead and gave them my number not really thinking I would get a call but sure enough they called me and we set something up. I have 6 zones in my yard. Front yard was looking good (kept it nice for the neighborhood) Only issues were one zone that I had to turn on manually as it wouldn't turn on from box and ground shift causing some heads to not cover what they should. I tried unsuccessfully to fix the non responding zone (installed new valve, checked wires,etc...) Back yard was a nightmare. Leaving my 3 boxers out for the night with the sprinklers set....well you can imagine. The dogs had a blast but he sprinkler heads didn't fair so well. So I knew going into this makeover that it wouldn't be cheap. Juan showed up after getting a bit lost but they did call and notify me. He diagnosed my system in 20 minutes and came back with a bill of $521. This was for 7 new spray heads, 3 rotor heads, and 1 new valve. I ok'd the work and also let him know that I had to leave before he would finish. I was a bit worried he wouldn't be able to find the issue with the one zone not working from the box as he stated it might be a wire problem but he ensured me he had a tool to figure it out if needed. I left for my appointment (golf league) and returned later that evening to a well tuned remade system. Juan had replaced all the sprinkler heads, installed new valve, fixed the zone not working from box (not sure root cause but that's ok) and re-positioned all the heads that had migrated due to ground shift. Forgot to mention Juan also reprogrammed by box and showed me how to use it again (like I said I neglected it). Needless to say it's been a couple weeks and my lawn if looking amazing, green green green! I would highly recommend this company. If they still have a waiting list get on it and wait. Last year I had this company out because I WAS having a problem with a sprinkler head. They inspected them all and fixed the broken one for a very reasonable price. This year I had no specific problem but wanted to make sure the water was getting to the right places and to insure that nothing was broken. I got the same person as last year and he is just the best. I had 1 head that needed replacing and he reset the system to go off at 2 a.m. instead of 6 which will be better for my lawn. I had a great experience with this company and their employees. The first round they were unable to locate the problem because it was a broken wire issue. They then scheduled a master tech, ( I think that was what his title was?). His name was Augustin and he was great. He found the wiring issue very quickly and quoted me a price before moving forward. Justin and his team are excellent! We had considered other irrigation companies before settling on American Irrigation. Justin is friendly, down-to-earth, and does what he says he will do. am currently renting the property I am living in presently and I am required to keep the lawn looking good. After starting up the sprinkler system for the season I noticed a few issues with it where the heads would not fully extend or they were streaming water in all the wrong places or just not working at all. I reported the issue to the management company and they notified American Irrigation Repair to come out and do a “tune-up” on the system. I was called right away by American Irrigation Repair and had an appointment within a few days. I was called to confirm the appointment the day before and I received a follow-up call the morning of the appointment to let me know the technician was on his way to my location. You couldn’t ask for any better communication! The technician showed up evaluated the system, clearly explained the issues and what he was going to do to fix them. The technician couldn’t have been better! Great communication, VERY professional and solved all of the problems. The quality of the service was so good I decided to call the company and let them know that the person they sent out did a great job! Rob and Jaime were awesome - so glad we called American Irrigation! We were called the day before by the office, and then Rob called when they were 10 minutes away. When they arrived, Rob was very friendly and pleasant. They completed the checkup quickly and then went over the recommended repairs and finished that work fast also. In our case most of what we needed was included in the checkup. It is rare to have such a pleasant experience with a service call. Update: After the review, Justin the owner did reach out to me. We talked and he said they were making improvements on their end - scheduling the guys for longer period, not taking on new customers until they're positive they can handle the ones they have. I thought it was nice that they did reach out. He did explain that they installed a new pressurization system that the old system could not handle so that's why there were additional leaks. I would definitely not used this service and would not recommend them for anyone. We had them come out for a comprehensive sprinkler check. We knew we had an issue with a couple of leaks. They came back and gave us a quote for $575 to fix everything. They came to fix the items on June 1 and it went from $575 to $878. I didn't like that it went it up without having me verify that it was ok to fix. I also did not like that after they fix the issue we had a MAJOR leak. It flooded our whole lawn. When I initially called they told me they couldn't come out for a week. My husband then called them and they came out that day. But it was a major hassle. 3 days later we noticed another leak. Our lawn is majorly dying and we had another sprinkler person come out to check our system. They said these guys messed up our sprinkler so bad that it wasn't even watering the plants since June. The American Irrigation Repair people came out and adjusted any sprinkler heads that were over or under spraying. I did have a couple that were difficult to adjust but they were able to get the job done and now all heads work like they should. We just had our Spring check-up of our system. As usual the job was done in no time and all adjustments and repairs were top notch.
