Outstanding service. Our sprinklers were not covering our lawn properly and American Irrigation's technicians did a great job adjusting our rotators and replacing a few that were not working properly. I called on Friday and was able to set up an inspection, find out if I needed to do a backflow test on the system, and when to expect a person. We set up a time of 10 am between 12 pm on Tuesday. The tech showed up at 10:10 am and started to test the system. After 30 minutes, he was able to show me the issues (small leak and 2 bad sprinkler heads). He quoted me how much it was to fix. I would not go anywhere else for installation or repair. This company is professionally run, on time, and very reasonably priced. Review I would definitely not used this service and would not recommend them for anyone. We had them come out for a comprehensive sprinkler check. We knew we had an issue with a couple of leaks. They came back and gave us a quote for $575 to fix everything. They came to fix the items on June 1 and it went from $575 to $878. I didn't like that it went it up without having me verify that it was ok to fix. I also did not like that after they fix the issue we had a MAJOR leak. It flooded our whole lawn. When I initially called they told me they couldn't come out for a week. My husband then called them and they came out that day. But it was a major hassle. 3 days later we noticed another leak. Our lawn is majoring dying and we had another sprinkler person come out to check our system. They said these guys messed up our sprinkler so bad that it wasn't even watering the plants since June. After correcting your low pressure issue, there were additional issues that had to be addressed beyond our initial itemized quote. The flooding leak was caused by a half glued-in component left from a previous repair person’s work, which was unfortunate and inconvenient. We followed up with you shortly after completing the job to be sure you were satisfied. We did not learn of your dissatisfaction until reading your feedback here. We would have been willing to promptly reset your controller for more frequent watering during the July heat wave had we been given that opportunity. American Irrigation Repair has been helping me for several years. I own a duplex rental in Georgetown, TX, and have needed help on several occasions. I did not think any of my calls would be an easy fix. But the technician, Sean, who was sent most of the times set my mind at ease and made it look “easy”. On one of the properties, a water leak came from an undetermined source. Water was streaming down the street and the source of the water was not obvious. Sean discovered a broken irrigation pipe, repaired the pipe and I’ve had no problem with it since. On another occasion, tree roots had invaded the irrigation pipes and dislodged them, causing another leak. I was very pleased with his treatment of this problem. It was on a very cold January day and I promised when the weather was warmer I planned to reroute the pipe away from the lovely, rapidly growing tree! Again, I had a problem which I thought was unsolvable. The person I hired to install a new privacy fence had placed the fence with the sprinkler heads outside of the fence, resulting in sprinkling the adjoining property. Sean came, immediately identified a solution and relocated the sprinkler heads onto my property and solved my problem. What can I say?! I want to thank the American Irrigation Repair coming to my aid, recently. My sprinklers were on automated and when it got to the last cycle, it did not cut off. The water ran for four to five hours, causing my neighbors to the get concerned. They notified the authorities and I was able to contact the after hours water company, shutting off the water to my property. I was in a panic and I saw several companies in Round Rock. The reviews were great, so I contacted American Irrigation Repair. THe receptionist listened to my story and would due whatever to help me. I received a call later in the day and the repairman and his assistant fixed my broken valve, in minutes. They answered all my questions and gave great maintenance advice. They did an excellent job as usual. Our system would not turn on and they discovered that I had cut one of the wires a few days prior when I was installing metal edging around our flower beds.They located the cut wire in short order and repaired it.I had busted off one sprinkler head with the mower and they replaced it and relocated it to a more protected position. All sprinkler heads were checked for proper operation and adjusted if necessary for the proper pattern and coverage.I would certainly recommend American Irrigation to anyone. This is the second time I have used this company, and they sent the same technician at my request. Rob did such a good job at communicating with me; both understanding what I wanted to have done to my sprinkler system, and also making good sense recommendations. Nothing is free or cheap when it comes to repairs on things, but I recommend this company as fair and reasonable about their prices, and their guys work hard until the job is done. 5 stars! I have a broken head in my watering system. American Irrigation came quickly, and unfortunately found several other problem areas. I could not repair everything, but the technician helped point out the things that HAD to be fixed in order to use the system at all, and several other things that could be postponed for a few months. I first had AIR out to fix a sprinkler valve which would not turn off. While they were here they checked our total system. They found several problems that I thought I could fix. I was able to fix all but one. The one I could not fix was a cut line under my drive. I called them back and they fixed this station very quickly. It's all part of having the right tool. AIR responded promptly to a Sunday service call regarding malfunctioning sprinkler heads and did a complete evaluation of the system. The appropriate sprinkler control modules were rebuilt or replaced and a subsurface line leak repaired. The system was leak tested and a better selection of water conservation irrigation times programmed.
