I highly reccommend American Irrigation as a service provider. I recently moved to Texas and purchased a home. I had a horrible leak from a pipe in my yard and could not find anyone to help me repair it. As time continued my water bill was getting higher and higher and a lake began to form in my front yard. My stress level was entering the red zone! I came across American Irrigation and gave them a call. A sweet lady took my call and listened to what my problem was. She was so sympathetic and assured me that repair men would be there before the night was over to help me out...even working late if necessary. They did just what they said they were going to do and fixed the leak promptly and professionally. They even gave me a follow up phone call to make sure the problem was solved. The two men who did the work were very kind and helpful too. I now know who to call in case another situation like this happens and it feels good knowing that there is a company who cares about customer service and satisfaction still left in this world. This company is great ! I had another Company come out and inspect my system and he said I had a bad valve but he didn't have time to fix it so we scheduled him to come back. He came the next week but was having hard time finding valve and after about 30 minutes of huffing and puffing that he didn't have time to be looking for a Valve . I told him to leave my property as he was being very unprofessional . I called American Irragation and scheduled them to come out the next week. They showed up on time and were very professional . They found two faulty valves in a short amount of time and replaced them. The guys were great and professional and I would recommend them to anyone and I will continue to use them. I first used American Irrigation Repair when my sprinkler system suddenly stopped working. I was able to get an appointment quickly. Repair guys showed up on time. They identified the problem and fixed it immediately. Since then, I have them coming every 6 months for a check-up. I have a lot of sprinkler heads that need to be replaced. We started using American several years ago when we had a sprinkler head burst. We appreciate how prompt they are when it is an emergency. We had our sprinkler system turned off due to all our rain of late. Very mysteriously it turned itself on early one Sunday morning. Not only did it turn itself on but all 3 zones were watering simultaneously. There was nothing that could be done to get it to stop watering. Finally, a neighbor turned off our water supply.
