We were completely satisfied with our experience today. We knew we needed an inspection and suspected the sprinkler heads in the front needed adjustment or repair due to the heat distress our yard experienced last summer. Miguel inspected and fixed issues in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost. Kristin (sp?) called later to confirm satisfaction. At that time she told me our service qualified us for a rebate with the city water service - LOVE A BONUS! Bryson and his assistant found several leaking sprinklers and repaired them. One required running a new water line because of tree roots breaking the pipe. They were here for a few hours making all the repairs. I am thoroughly pleased with the work they performed. December 2019, Ryan came to our home to evaluate the irrigation system that was initially installed in 2005. He made suggestions and recommendations that made really good sense that would save water and provide more evenly distributed water for our lawn and flower beds. His estimate for the work to be completed was for two days. On January 6, 2020, Ryan and his assistant, Edgar, came as scheduled for a two day job of replacing, relocating, adding sprinkler heads, replacing the 7 valves & the main control box. On the afternoon of January 7, 2020, the job was completed, all sprinkler heads were checked & adjusted and a schematic of the system was created for the customer. This was the smoothest, accurate job of this type we have ever been exposed to for anything repaired or added to our home. We would highly recommend Ryan, Edgar & American Irrigation for any work regarding the irrigation system for home or commercial businesses. If at all possible, you will not go wrong contacting American Irrigation, especially if you request Ryan for the necessary estimate and/or work needed. Ryan M. 01/07/20 |

The repairs completed to my irrigation system by Ryan and Carlos were great. A new line was installed to replace an obsolete drip pipe along with some new heads added and other heads were adjusted. Our experiences with American Irrigation Repair are excellent. Always polite and professional, from the phone call to the service, we highly recommend them. We really appreciate their follow up which seems to be lacking in so many businesses these days, i.e. calling us after our pool was put in to have our sprinkler system checked. When we had our drip irrigation converted to pop up heads, Sean offered a small hose connected to the sprinklers to water the pot on the front porch for when we're away - what an awesome feature! Scheduled one of the two check ups for the system, We had two areas where we had noticed bubbling. One was a cap had come loose. The other was a cracked pipe under the sidewalk. Juan V did the check and proceeded to fix both problems. He is courteous, informed, and professional. He cleaned up both areas. Extremely satisfied with Juan and with the company.
