Miguel V. - Service Technician with American Irrigation is a timely, personable and pays very close attention to details when assessing an irrigation "sprinkler" system. I would highly recommend the American Irrigation Club Membership to anyone with an irrigation system; and the yearly price is well worth the service provided plus one-time a year, there is a $75 rebate provided in the City of Georgetown for having the Club Membership. The irrigation service offered through American Irrigation is top-notch in the business/industry and the entire American Irrigation Team is diligent to ensure their customers are provided the absolute best customer service possible. Ryan and American Irrigation Repair are the very best company in Georgetown and Round Rock. I was not satisfied with other irrigation so-called experts who worked on my yard sprinkler system. Some years ago a friend told me about American Irrigation. I thought I'd try them. What a surprise! Excellent and reasonable service. One technician found an underground leak in the system! Most recently, Ryan came out to check on the system. There were drip lines in two areas that another firm had put in. They did not provide enough water, It looks as if I may have lost some valuable plants. Ryan replaced both lines with a more efficient yet water watching lines and devices. He did this efficiently and at a reasonable cost. If you are reading this you may be looking for an effective and able irrigation team to install, maintain or repair an irrigation system. Fantastic service. Sean L******* is outstanding technician and communicator. Arrived promptly. listened carefully to my problem and solved it quickly. There twice a year check up and certification to city of Georgetown is extremely low cost compared to the service provided. I had a serious problem and they discovered the causes and corrected not just that but adjusted coverage and replaced multiple heads at no additional cost. i've had experience with several other companies in Georgetown and had to fire them for incompetence. Mike, as is true of all the technicians from American Irrigation who have worked with us through the years, did his work efficiently, thoroughly, and professionally. We have a continuing contract with American Irrigation that has them come twice a year to check and fix any problems with our system. I can find no fault with this company.
