Sean and his helper service my 17 year old system. They called ahead and arrived in the previously agreed upon time slot. Sean identified several problem heads and discussed the costs of repairs which were performed proficiently including one tree root damaged and leaking head. Miguel and his partner came out on a Saturday afternoon with their office calling and letting me know they were running late. They went through my whole system and found a buried soaker hose in one of my front flower beds that had come apart. They dug it up and fixed it at no charge and replaced 4 heads in my back yard that had been damaged. His partner found 3 heads that I had been looking for and could not find. I am so impressed with American Irrigation that I give their name out to anyone that wants a new system or needs work done on the one they have. All of their techs are super nice and knowledgeable about their job. Miguel was awesome. We walked the front and back yard and I told him problems that I had seen and things that I wanted him to check on. He and his partner did exactly what I asked them to do and had me check what they did to make sure it was fixed to my satisfaction.
