Juan arrived on time, inspected all sprinkler heads and found the problem with the station not coming on quickly. He repaired that as well as replaced a couple of sprinkler heads not working properly. When I called American Irrigation, I was treated with respect. An appointment was made efficiently around my time frame.
Concerns:
1) It was sometimes difficult to understand Juan. However, he was willing to repeat everything.
2) The leak that was repaired a couple of years ago resurfaced. Was it not properly fixed the first time?
3) I was glad the cost to make the system operational was lower this time. However, I am somewhat confused that I was not offered a lower rate previously.

A couple of years ago I had a leak in my irrigation system and asked American Irrigation Repair to repair. It was a difficult time financially for me, so I could not afford to pay for all the repairs to get my sprinkler system back in operation. Another leak, in the same location, surfaced this year. I had a problem with my irrigation system. Whenever I had one zone on, another zone that has rotors would also come on. This would waste a tremendous amount of water. Drip zones that need the most time would come on, this other zone would water for the same amount of time. Filiberto diagnosed the problem. He replaced the controller and added a new zone module to split a drip and spray zone into individual zones. Then he and his assistant, Juan, inspected all my system. The raised some heads, lowered others, straightened out a few and cleaned a bunch more. They then set my control box with the correct amount of watering at the correct times.
