Krysten scheduled us for a service call to check 2 heads that needed adjustments and relocate 4 emitters. Ryan and his helper arrived on time and went right to work. After completing their work and re-checking the system they discovered a leak caused by our landscapers. They fixed the leak and re-checked the system. Kudos to Ryan for saving us a huge water bill! Ryan M. arrived early to do a 20 Point System Tune Up for the first time for me because I wasn’t happy with the water coverage in my back lawn not to mention that I had stepped on and broke one of the sprinkler heads trying to get it to work properly. To make a long story short, Ryan found that my water pressure regulator was bad and would need to be replaced (by a plumber) before he could do the 20 Point System Tune Up and make any recommendations for improvements. I found Ryan a professional that knew his craft. Before leaving, he replaced my broken sprinkler head and referred me to a reputable plumber to replace the bad pressure regulator should it no longer be warranted by my home builder. I can assure you I will be rescheduling the Tune Up with American Irrigation Repair once the pressure regulator is replaced. Thank you Ryan M. Ryan M. 08/06/20 |

Very happy that we initially signed up for the Club 20 Point Tune Up and we just renewed. Each past appointment has been a positive experience. And, our recent one with Santos was very good. He listened to our concerns about the sprinkler heads in our planter and offered remedies. He and his assistant performed the 20 Point Tune Up and found a few heads were broken. Santos Valadez did a great job on his work for us on July 24, 2020. He was on time. He listened to our concerns for adjusting the sprinkler heads in our planter and suggested the best remedy. He (and his assistant) performed the 20 Point Tune-Up and found a few heads that needed to be replaced. Before doing any work, he discussed the cost. Once I approved the work, it was done in a timely manner. It’s worth signing up for the Club|20 Point Tune-Up, because you receive a discount on parts. My sprinkler system is 15 years old and even today, my yard is very healthy and green due to the personable care and service provided by Miguel V. at American Irrigation Repair. Bryson and his helper ( Did not get the helper name ) did and outstanding job fixing and upgrading our existing irrigation system. They arrived exactly on time and fixed a pressure problem that we had been dealing with.
