Ryan and his co-worker did a thorough job of repairing the sprinkler system - cleanly trenched for new piping and wiring, installed new valves & sprinkler heads and tested the complete system. I feel like they overcharge for services performed. I paid $300 to have 8 sprinkler heads replaced, which took less than an hour. And the $99 analysis/tune-up didn’t seem very thorough. After they left, I found 3 heads in the same zone that don’t retract, and puddling around another head. And the valve box for that zone was buried under about an inch of soil/mud, so pretty sure it wasn’t inspected. Owner Response Hi Jacqueline I appreciate your business. A 2 man crew did a checkup and some much needed maintenance and repairs on my irrigation system yesterday. They arrived on time and did a great job. No damage to my yard, no muddy boots in the garage. As expensive as water is, I expect to see a savings this summer and a green lawn. Bryson was knowledgeable and carefully inspected each zone and sprinkler head within to check for coverage. He adjusted some, replaced some, found a split in a line by and repaired that as well as reinstalling two heads properly that had been installed improperly by someone else. They checked all 13 stations, including the tree bubblers and bed emitters, and made adjustments as needed. They even went the extra mile of removing and capping off a head that was no longer needed due to some recent landscape changes that I made. He then re-checked our station times and set the start times for a "cycle and soak method" to optimize our system and save water. Very pleased as always from scheduling to service and follow up!
