Matthew arrived right on time and was very personable. We explained our issue that we have a hard time understanding how to work the main programmable control box therefore can't get the sprinklers to work properly. He was very patient and took time to show us how the controls work and gave us different examples of how to work the box. He also checked all 12 of our zones to make sure the sprinklers were in working condition, and they were. He took his time and answered any questions we had. Last year I had this company out because I WAS having a problem with a sprinkler head. They inspected them all and fixed the broken one for a very reasonable price. This year I had no specific problem but wanted to make sure the water was getting to the right places and to insure that nothing was broken. I got the same person as last year and he is just the best. I had 1 head that needed replacing and he reset the system to go off at 2 a.m. instead of 6 which will be better for my lawn. Sean came to do a quality inspection of work done earlier in March, 2019 and I had identified a problem with one sprinkler system zone the day before he arrived, so he did the needed troubleshooting and found and corrected the problem while he was here. Discovered a couple of leaks in our irrigation line where the landscapers had nicked the pipe. I called American Irrigation and they quickly and efficiently scheduled a service call for the following Wednesday. Then they called Monday morning and said they were able to work me in to a slot for that morning! Agustin came out and not only repaired the 2 leaks but also replaced a head that was damaged. Very pleased with my service from Juan V. He and another tech came out and assessed my system. Found a broken valve, replaced a leaking head and set all of the sprinklers for proper spraying and times. He also answered my questions while he worked and I had a bunch! Thank you Juan V.!

Time will tell how the overall repairs will do given this is a twenty year old system. However, I cannot say enough about our technician, Michael, who came to our home not once but twice to ensure our system was completely tested and was worked. Michael went above and beyond t ensure repairs were made, concerns were addressed, and things a homeowner generally would not know were checked and repaired. Additional assistance/expertise was provided and I am not certain other companies would have been as thorough in their assesment or as dedicated in fixing my issues as well as others I did not know I had.
