My sprinkler system failed to run in any of the 9 zones. Mike came right on time as scheduled and found a big hole in the main supply line going around my property. Mike was great. I had a lot of small problems, broken heads, and valve, water spraying in the wrong spots, etc. He explained what was going on and had it all fixed up quickly. He took his time to check everything was perfect. I thought the price was so reasonable given all the effort to get a couple of the zones back into good shape. Mike was very courteous and professional. He tested the entire system and quickly made the necessary adjustments with no additional charges. He showed me that all zones were now working properly. I have used these folks for the last 3 years and could not be happier, I use their annual program where they come out twice a year to check and adjust the irrigation system as necessary. They always schedule ahead of time and call and email you so you know when they are coming. If they find any repairs/parts are required, a 15% discount applies. Great program and great people! Has a "puddle" in my front yard where my sprinkler system controls were located. Matt with American Irrigation had it fixed quickly and professionally, he took the time to answer my questions and gave me pointers on my system. When deer knocked into the irrigation loop and broke a pipe I called American Irrigation. Juan V. came that morning to get our house water turned back on and access the damage. A few years ago we'd had the irrigation loop repaired and it was not done correctly. Juan explained the correct repairs necessary and returned the following day to get the job done.
