Mr. Valadez arrived promptly this morning to do a check on my irrigation system! He is very courteous and went quickly about his work. I had discussed a minor problem that I had and when he finished he had repairs it. He is very thorough in his job and a credit to your company. Mathew is a hardworking service technician that approaches a job with knowledge and enthusiasm. We had a broken sprinkler under a shrub root and he fixed it immediately. In addition when the sprinkler control box in our new home did not work he called in help and identified the problem quickly. The issues were addressed and we did not have to get a new control box. There is no possible way to explain how very, very pleased I am with the service provided by Ryan and American Irrigation every single time they examine my yard irrigation system! Each time they make some really significant improvement. This trip literally saved me hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars. Ryan found three sprinkler heads that were running seven or so hours per night. (I wondered why my water bill was no high. And, last year they discovered a leak in an obscure pipe.) This time it was the controller which I had suspected for some time. Ryan replaced it in a jiffy, no waiting around while they ordered parts. Ryan was super thorough in all the yard. He was very knowledgeable, and you can tell he has a lot of experience. Before he started, he took the time to show me all the problems, and explain all my options. Bryson had assisted me once before with my sprinkler controls and was able fix a controller/circuit box (tube with wires left uncovered) that was previously missed by other technicians. Yesterday, Bryson did a very thorough inspection of my sprinkler system, found a few things that needed fixing and fixed them. I was very happy with the way he worked, getting right to it, and checked everything. I was very confident when he left that everything will be working great going forward. We called American Irrigation Repair based on positive reviews we read online. We were not disappointed. Sean came out and did a complete check of our system. We knew we had one zone that did not come on. He replaced the gear drive motor which was the problem. Sean also redirected the spray pattern on some of the heads and did some other adjustments. Scheduled one of the two check ups for the system, We had two areas where we had noticed bubbling. One was a cap had come loose. The other was a cracked pipe under the sidewalk.
