Michael was professional and knowledgeable. He replaces or repaired sprinkler heads and parts, checked the spray pattern and checked our drip lines to be sure they were working. The membership benefits and the skill deployed are superior. Bryson and his colleague discovered that the rock we brought in had covered 4-5 sprinkler heads on the narrow strip beside the house, and put new sprinkler heads on that can be adjusted to close off the flow and reopen if we ever decide to remove the rocks. we really appreciate it. 10/05/18 |

Teamwork pays off. Our experience with the guys from American Irrigation has always been exceptional quality, starting with Customer Service rep Krysten. She is organized so I don't have to be, and she schedules our 6-month irrigation inspections with aplomb. We receive an email confirmation, including photos of the assigned technicians, and they show up on time. What expertise! What good humor! Calling businesses these days for a particular service can be troublesome and many times even challenging. A customer expects the other person on the phone to know what the customer is calling about "simply - service" and be able to answer simple questions, when needed.
I must say that Krysten V. is this type of person.
When I called American Irrigation Repair, Krysten V. took my call. She was pleasant, courteous and extremely helpful in answering my questions and making an appointment for service that was convenience for my busy schedule.

OMGracious..talk about outstanding customer service in all areas. Not only did Ryan and his team member show up on time, but all throughout the process Ryan kept me well-informed of what they were doing and why, as well as he actually LISTENED to my needs and concerns. Matt arrived on time and ready to work. He did so effectively and advised me of his findings and progress as he worked. He adjusted , at my request , the coverage area of a couple of sprinkler heads and demonstrated their new coverage areas before continuing his service routine. He adjusted / corrected some of the other sprinklers’ coverage / operation as he deemed necessary , upon his inspection , and cleaned some of the sprinkler heads that he found to be clogged.
Matt provided us with and thoroughly professional service , coupled with an informative and pleasant demeanor. We have contracted for another year of American Irrigation’s semi-annual Service Calls.

I have used American Irrigation for my inspections and repair for years. I always receive timely and cost efficient repairs. Recently I had my house leveled and the company doing it literally trashed the system. Luckily they paid the damages. Ryan was dispatched to fix the damages. Until the actual repair work started, Matt was the only one I saw working. Another American Irrigation truck came by and 1 of the other guys went over and held a conversation for maybe 10 min.
