Augustin and Santos (not listed on the review list) were amazing! They came out for an estimate yesterday and we able to come back today to do the job. We just moved into this house and the system as a whole was never taken care of by the previous owner. I had: 2 cap heads, 27 spray heads, 3 busted pipes, wire issues, and an old control box that needed repair/replacement. They were here exactly at 9am, as was scheduled, and were finished by 2:30. We did a walk-through that involved showing me each zone on its own, explaining how to work and set the control box, and offering advice on the best times to set the schedule for the system to run. Ryan and the lady who answers the phone are both very courteous and respectful. We were having problems setting our timer on our sprinkler system and Ryan was able to come out to the house within a couple hours. American Irrigation came out to adjust our system this week as they do twice a year since we have belong to their club. This is very valuable since here in Georgetown, temperatures have been running in the triple digits for a few weeks. The two technicians who performed the tune-up this year we Agustin and Santos who worked together as a great team in determining which heads were leaking and also needed replacing. They also noted that grass was turning brown because the landscaping had grown to the point that one head needed to be relocated.

Couple questions: today I watered several zones and have 2 sprinklers (one pop and one rotary)that remain raised; noticed that on previous watering day. Also, the one rotary that was moved about 12 inches does not seem to cover 2 flower beds that are at opposite ends of the 180-degree sweep. First off I didn't catch the name of the guys that came out so I may have selected the wrong guy when forced to select someone. Probably need to rethink that. But I digress. The two guys that came out yesterday did a great job. It was a combo trouble call and final tune up. They fixed the bad head and then talked to my wife about some heads she wanted moved. Got that done and then while walking the lawn found a wet spot that they dug up and found a leak. Fix that and then went over the set up I had input to the controller just to double check that what was in there was what I had intended to put in there. We agreed on the set up and we were done. I signed up for their 20-point tune-up because I knew there was a problem with my drip-irrigation zone. At the last minute, I had to reschedule the time, and the staff was very quick to arrange a slightly later appointment the same day. As I suspected, there were a number of issues affecting my system that were fixed promptly. It felt kind of expensive because I probably left a lot of little things to linger around, so I have now signed up for their regular service as otherwise I would just put it off. Juan and his helper from American Irrigation were excellent. Juan was friendly and honest in his evaluation of our neglected system. He listened to what we wanted to focus on and did it. He also helped us understand some other problems we were having and didn't know about. Their work was thorough and they cleaned up after themselves. The irrigation tech was friendly, efficient, communicative, and professional. Scope of work delivered included replacement of the control box along with other ancillary repairs. The service reps available via phone were also polite and professional. Only reason I do't rate at (5) stars is because the services delivered were not delivered on the appointed date, the delay was not communicated to me, and I had to call several times to get services ordered and delivered (2) days after originally scheduled. Juan M. arrived on time as promised. Did a complete sprinkler head and system check to determine any issues. In addition to the one broken head I had knowledge of he found four others that were not working correctly (after 10 years of service). Juan fixed these five heads and some wiring that my yard crew had messed up. He also provided some new pvc protection for it for the future. Juan pointed out my rain sensor was broken and missing pieces. I chose not to replace it as I felt it really wasn't needed. I just turned it off. After checking everything for correct operation we discussed the bill. I felt it was reasonable for the work done. I have no complaints about the work performed or the cost. I tried to post a positive review on BBB, but I'm not sure it registered. The appointment schedulers moved us up 4 days. That was good. Your techs were here on time, repaired the system, set the watering times and adjusted the sprinkler coverage areas.They were here about 3 hours.

Ridiculously incompetent. Having told the technicians before they arrived that there were wiring issues they said there were no wiring issues, that one of the three controllers was defective and needed replacing, and that the system pressure was low which could be corrected by replacing all the nozzles. I have the written quotation. The real issue was that two controllers were over-lapping in run time, causing the pressure drop. Re-alignment of the controller run-times solved the problem. The wiring issue was resolved with the purchase of a $200 piece of equipment to find the fault, not paying $247 for a work-around. The total estimate of $2561 (excluding cost of replacing the allegedly defective controller) for remedial work defied belief. The incompetence of the techs forced me to do the job myself. Owner Comment Hi Simon I appreciate your taking the time to leave us feedback. My technician found that your system had low pressure on many stations. The estimate was for control valve repairs and retrofitting to low flow rate style heads and nozzles. Lowering the flow rate increases the pressure and distance of throw on the heads.
