For over a decade now I have come to rely upon Reiner for any HVAC service needs. A few months ago, Rich D, Anthony G, Peter P, and Connor M were my new HVAC system installation "A team". Along with salesman/engineer Rich S. these Reiner Group employees helped make the process as smooth as possible. For the past 15 years, I have been very pleased with Reiner Group maintenance on my former Lennox HVAC system and so after my 22 year old furnace developed problems, I decided to upgrade to a whole new Lennox system - gas furnace, central A/C, central air filtration & humidification and programmable thermostat. Rich S. reviewed my old Lennox system and provided several upgrade options appropriate for my residential home. He took time to explain technical aspects and answer my questions. Installation was scheduled within 2 weeks of signing the contract. My Reiner "A team" performed the one day installation in a highly coordinated and professional way. Worksite was kept very clean and I am very pleased with their work. Highly recommend Reiner Group, a northern New Jersey company, for anyone's HVAC needs. This high quality of work continues with the recent installation of a new attic vent fan motor. Rich S and Mike, the technician were most helpful. Chad Zirkle is definitely the professional plumber. He came in and fixed a major problem in a minimal amount of time. His co-worker was also very good. The plumbing contractor before him quit in the middle of the job. They not only corrected the mistakes of the other contractor but finished the job in a neat, professional way. I would definitely call him and his company anytime i have a problem.

The REINER COMPANY has been servicing our Furnace and AC Unit for about the last 25 years. They have been in business for a number of years & are a reliable company, so we called about the feasibility of installing a stand-by generator. Their Sales Rep Roy Hulsebos returned our call; visited our house on June 3rd and discussed the feasibility and costs of a stand-by unit. Roy was punctual, very professional, well informed, polite and explained what would be required to install a stand-by generator. Rich Sellitto and the Reiner Group, Inc. provided us with a thorough run-down of our central air installation needs. Rich was extremely professional and very easy to communicate with.
I will definitely go back to the Reiner Group (and ask for Rich Sellitto) when I need to. I will also be sure to refer the Reiner Group to others with heating, cooling, and electric generator installation needs.
Overall, it was (and I'm sure will be) a pleasure dealing with Rich Sellitto and the Reiner Group, Inc.

We have been using Reiner for many years to service our garden apartments and find them to be extremely reliable and easy to deal with. I had Reiner install a new gas furnace and entire AC system. They were extremely prompt. I was afraid they would take a long time to do the job but they scheduled it Quickly and when it was convenient for me. I highly recommend Reiner Group and specifically Rich Sellitto. He helped me add a/c to my home. He designed it, and was with the installation crew every step of the way. He is extremely professional, courteous, and responded immediately. I recently needed a new compressor and he had it installed and running in less than a weeks time. After suffering one too many power outages, we decided it was time to have a home generator installed. We had excellent references for Reiner Group and can now be added to the list of those that have nothing but praise for them. From our initial consultation with Ken; he explained everything I needed to know to assist in making the right decision. The customer service; from phone scheduling to electricians to plumbers and to the actual generator install could not have gone smoother and everyone was a pleasure to deal with. They took care of permits, setting up all appointments, always arrived on time and always left the site clean. All through the process, Ken either visited the site or kept in touch by phone and was always available for any questions. There were no surprises. Rich, Carl, Camillo, and crew at Reiner are excellent workers and conscientious people. They made the process of buying a new furnace as easy as possible from coming to thr house to make sure I had the right model to helping with financing the payments. I found Ken, Mike L. , Carl and the whole crew to be very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I have used Reiner in the past for installation and maintenance on my air conditioners and since that turned out great I gave them a shot at my 31 year old furnace which died. They installed the new furnace and the quality of their work was exceptional and very exacting. Since I am a very precise person and like things to be done right the first time they will be back. My experience with the Reiner Group has been stellar and exemplary. From Miguel, the initial technician who responded quickly with my air conditioning unit failed in 95 degree weather to Mr. Peter Ten Kate, the technical engineer who was consulted to assess what my home needed to remain cool and comfortable.
I have known Peter (Mr. Ten Kate) since 2009, when part of the new heating and cooling system needed to be installed. He has not changed in his professionalism, affability and trustworthiness. In these times of con artists and duplicity, Peter is a breath of fresh air with his straight-forward, knowledgeable approach and explanations of the problem.

Ken was professional and courteous during our meeting to discuss my AC requirements. His knowledge of the product was extensive. Unfortunately, I decided not to proceed with the project over concerns regarding the inspection. Prior to making this decision I contacted Ken for guidance. He gave me his honest opinion even at risk of losing this sale.

Reiner replaced an air conditioner system about 5 years ago. we're considering replacing similar unit at this time. The sales rep provided a quote with several option and then quickly responded to some questions concerning the quote and financing.
