If you're looking for a trustworthy company with friendly and professional service look no further ! Rafael E. came to take a look at our heating system and diagnose the problem. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He quickly knew what the problem was and called us shortly thereafter to let us know the part we needed was in stock. I had some additional questions about the job and Rob the field supervisor called me to answer all my questions and even stopped by to double check a few of my concerns. We scheduled installation right away and Rafael came back to do the work. He was in and out fast and explained to me everything he did. I highly recommend Reiner if you need any service or maintenance on you systems. They are excellent! We are very pleased and will be getting a service contract with them! (See More)

Called Reiner because our basement had no heat. Rafael E called back right away and got to our home when he said he'd be there. He was courteous (put on shoe covers so he wouldn't bring snow and wetness into the house which I very much appreciated) and diagnosed the problem immediately. We called Reiner in the morning and they dispatched Rafael E. the technician to stop by. He diagnosed the issue immediately (inducer housing unit leaking). Reiner charges by the hour so I was very appreciative how prompt and efficient Rafael was. He put in an order for the part and the Parts department contacted me in the afternoon confirming the part was ordered and the service department would contact me when the part arrives. Reiner contacted me the next morning and said the part was in and Rafael would be coming back to installing the part. Rafael showed up and again was very efficient and installed the new part. Rafael E. was a godsend! We had no heat on a cold January night which we realized when we got home from work. Service was called: Rafael called back promptly, arrived sooner than promised, and spent much time trying to fix problem since was not satisfied leaving us with no heat overnight at the very least. He persisted and repaired the furnace noting that we would have to order a replacement part. He was courteous as well as competent. We are very appreciative. (See More)

We had several service calls with Reiner regarding our heating system and although the experience wasn't smooth at first, we were very pleased with the professionalism and skill of Rafael. Rafael was very courteous and professional in performing our Lennox furnace maintenance on Oct 30th. Rafael explained everything he was doing and pointed out areas that needed cleaning since it's been several years since our last furnace maintenance. I would recommend the Reiner Group, Inc. to anyone needing a proven and well known HVAC company in the Bergen/Passaic county area.

Rafael E. was EXCELLENT! He did an outstanding job. He took the time to check the system twice--before and after he completed the project to make sure it worked correctly. He communicated to my husband and me what he was doing and made sure we understood the problem. He educated us about our system and why it had malfunctioned. Rafel E resolved a problem with my newly installed after 3 other technicians could NOT resolve the issues that had been plaguing my new conditioner for 3 months. He was efficient and courteous, he explained every step of his diagnostic process, he was persistent and obviously seems to know what he was doing and what he was looking for. At the end of 3.5 hours, he was extremely comprehensive and exhausted all possibilities until he was confident that his conclusion was the right one. Rafael was great. He came at the scheduled time, quickly found the problem and explained what it was and what it would take to repair in layman's terms. After completing the repairs he made maintenance suggestions so I can keep my system in good working condition. Reiner Group is where you want to go for your heating/cooling needs

Reiner service team is great. Rafael came this morning and spent so much time tracing wires etc to fix the problem. Told me he wasn’t leaving till he was done and everything worked. He worked until he found the problem and was able to repair it
