Chris came and found the problem. We appreciated his ability to find the mistakes of others and fix them. Still would be great to have all the wires labeled :) just incase the next tech needs to fix something. This was a legacy issue that he felt with professionally. Thanks again (See More)

I used the Reiner Group to install 4 Mini Split units in my home. At first there were several delays (unavoidable) but they truly made up for It. They sent of crew of 6 men to my house on a Saturday the completed the whole project in 1 day!!! Just to make up for the prior cancellations. The crews were amazing. Clean, efficient, courteous, professional: Jose Y, Ed H, Chris C, and Dave H, with 2 assistants (don't have their names)! Highly recommend! (See More)

Ken and Chris did a fabulous job diagnosing and repairing my upstairs central a/c. Reiner saved me thousands of dollars by repairing not replacing my system and finished the job in the exact time frame they told me up front.
