Phil arrived as requested. He checked the system for heat, changed the air filter, and changed the pad for the humidifier. he was helpful with answers to questions. he made a recommendation for the setting for the humidistat. He was knowledgeable on the equipment and helpful with his answers to questions. He was very professional. I would give him a five star or excellent rating (See More)

Phil was not only prompt, but asked to come early (OK with me). He was pleasant, polite, and did the checkup with no disturbance to me at all, asking only how I wanted my settings left. (See More)
