I had the distinct pleasure of meeting the team of Anthony G. and Luis today for the replacement of my old AC unit. Both workers were organized and made sure, as soon as they got inside the house, that the tarp was laid out on the rugs that lead to the work area. Both worked hard throughout the day and when their work was done, they left everything exactly as it was when they arrived—neat and clean. Anthony was always available to answer any of my questions and always made sure he informed me of what was being done. I can attest that all the times I've dealt with this company, the outcomes have been outstanding. Being a long-time customer of Reiner Group, it gives me great pleasure to know that their employees are very knowledgeable, professional and reliable. (See More)

All did a great job. In particular Ken Lake in sales for his expertise and Anthony G. for his help and concern about the quality of the work and my anxiety for all the activity in my home. Anthony was efficient, polite and friendly. He was careful to make the removal and replacement of our water heater out of the cellar probelm free. No damage and it was not easy because of tight working conditions. He stayed to make sure everything was working correctly and cleanup was done. Highly recommend him. Thank you. The team showed up on time and as scheduled. At first inspection they identified additional areas that may require attention and requested a backup team to be able to complete the work ontime.
They worked through the day and finished the work an hour early.
The team also made sure to test the equipment thoroughly, answer any questions and clean after them (including sweeping the floor and taking out any debris left behind). Overall I couldn’t be happier with the end result. (See More)
