Roy, the tech engineer clearly explained all our options clearly & responded to all our questions. The installation process took four days and Mike & Mark were pleasant & accommodating. Each day before they left everything was cleaned up. Ken, the electrician patiently explained the various controls and gauges. All in all the process was minimally disruptive and the men were all very professional. (See More)
