My family has had multiple HVAC installations by Reiner, Fair lawn.
From start to finish, they are very easy to work with and very professional.
Pete Tenkate is a great salesman and visited the jobs on the first day of installation.
Marvin, David & electrician Ken were some of the most conscientious workers I've met
Being an electrical contractor my entire life, I know a great worker.
The installation was done perfectly and the cleanup was great.
This company might be higher in price but well worth every penny.

My AC had its seasonal maintenance checkup this past Monday and it was discovered that the high pressure switch had failed resulting in no AC. I was concerned because a hot spell in the 90's was forecast for the weekend. Reiner promptly ordered the part, received it, scheduled a return visit to fix it and fixed it all by that Wednesday. The technician was on time, courteous, and took the time to explain things to me. Great service and a great company. Glad I have a maintenance agreement with them. (See More)

Ken and Chris did a fabulous job diagnosing and repairing my upstairs central a/c. Reiner saved me thousands of dollars by repairing not replacing my system and finished the job in the exact time frame they told me up front. Roy, the tech engineer clearly explained all our options clearly & responded to all our questions. The installation process took four days and Mike & Mark were pleasant & accommodating. Each day before they left everything was cleaned up. Ken, the electrician patiently explained the various controls and gauges. All in all the process was minimally disruptive and the men were all very professional. (See More)

Great service and excellent work. Ken has done many projects for us with Reiner and we are always amazed at his work, speed and cleanliness.
