John came to the house promptly since this was an emergency. He was polite and friendly. A part had to obtained so he came back a bit later to install it on the furnace. He did so carefully. All is working now and it's to the credit of a great serviceman. Thanks Reiner and thanks John! (See More)

John C. arrived on time, came prepared and was very personable. He did the required maintenance that was scheduled, changes filters and went over and above by making sure I knew where my water shut off was and how to reset the fuses in case of an emergency. John C. came to install a new motor for the furnace. He was on time, professional, neat & obviously experienced. In no time, the new motor was installed & heat running beautifully.
