I discovered that I had a problem with my A/C on a Wednesday morning. I called Reiner and schedule an appointment for the next morning ( I was offered one for Wednesday afternoon, but I could not accept it). On Thursday morning, Ken O showed up at the beginning of the scheduled time of arrival. I explained my problem to him and showed him my HVAC home equipment and got out of his way. He observed my problem and proceeded to work at identifying a solution, keeping me informed during the entire process. Once he determined what needed to be done, he explained it all to me and set the wheels in motion to obtain the parts that would be needed to fix my problem. Ken O has been to my home on a number of occasions to perform seasonal PM on my system. He has always kept me informed on the condition of my HVAC. This is what he does. Reiner installed a ductless unit in my solarium, which is open to the rest of the first floor and has a south-facing wall that's all glass. It was basically a giant oven for 6 hours a day and my central air couldn't compete. Ken O. did a great job figuring out exactly what needed to be done, and he didn't try to oversell me like the two other quotes I got. Ed H. did a wonderful job on the installation and Carl S. is a terrific electrician. Most recenlty I converted my old system to a more efficient system and Ken was assigned to do the final checkout. Had a brand new HVAC system installed in my home and there was a small issue with the thermostat after install. Ken O. came out to assist and was prompt and extremely helpful. As it was a new type of thermostat that had been introduced, it was still an unfamiliar product to everyone who had worked on my install, and Ken O took the time and effort to make sure it was running the way if should be, including providing me with some useful tips afterwards. (Note: the problem was not observed during the install as they worked on a very hot day and my place was an oven. The unit was required to run for quite some time afterwards to cool everything down and the problem was not found until long after the crew had finished for the day.) (See More)

it is a rare day indeed when I leave a five-star rating for anyone. However, since bringing in Reiner to plot out our new (in 2002) Central Air Conditioning, we have never uttered anything other than complimentary comments.
The same thing applies to their autumnal visits as well. They have kept our very ancient 49-year-old furnace still humming along and the house toasty warm.

The workmen showed up on time and did a thorough maintenance check of our AC systems, changed the filters, checked the compressor operation and washed the units to improve air flow around the condensers. They also spent time removing a blockage in the condensate drainage line. They were very careful to not track dirt and debris inside the house and put every thing back in its place before they left.
