Andre is the perfect service rep. He's smart, knowledgeable, skilled, professional, creative, and friendly. If the rating system allowed us to give him ten stars, we would give them to him without hesitation. If Reiner & Co. has an employee recognition system, we nominate him for a top award including a cash bonus. FYI, we are not related to Andre or friends. We meet him for the 1st time on 10/24/17 when he came to our home to check our AC & Hot water system. (See More)

First, Ken O. was a very professional, client focused, and company oriented employee through out the service call. He helped answer all my questions, worked quickly to fix my problem. He promoted Reiner as a great organization and left contact and other information that would be convenient should I have any questions or need service in the future.
I would highly recommend Reiner to any friends or family that are looking for air conditioning services or products.
