Bill M. is phenomenal. He quickly and comprehensively diagnosed the issues with my heating system and explained it to me in terms that I understood. A pleasure to have service my house. Great demeanor and customer focused.
I had challenging issues with my heating system with many values and components old and broken. There was a lot of work to fix it and Bill comprehensively diagnosed every component and made all the necessary repairs and replacements. He tested everything to ensure it operated correctly. He came back this year and diagnosed the problem and explained the issues to me as he was working. Not only did he fix my heating system, but I learned a lot of how it works. (See More)

I had the pleasure of meeting Bill M. when he was here to complete the installation of my whole house generator. Bill was very knowledgeable. He took the time to show me how to check the oil, lock the cover, and test the unit before a storm. He explained how the unit worked let me ask whatever questions I needed to and was very patient throughout. Bill has great customer service skills and really wants to help his customers. The rating I am giving here is for Bill not all of Reiner. (See More)

Bill M. from Reiner was great. He was on time and made sure he did not leave until my boiler was fully functional. This is the 2nd year that I have had the pleasure of dealing with Bill M. I will ask for him next year as well. He made my questions seem simple and answered all of them. He took the time to show me and explain to me parts of the boiler and what to do in certain instances. He is one of the reasons why Reiner Group is simply the best!!!!! I will never call anyone else, Reiner Group is it for me, hands down. Excellent service. Several years ago during routine maintenance, Bill M. diagnosed a problem with a bad valve. Previously, we thought we had a leak. Bill came back several weeks later and replaced the valve. The system began working at 100%.
We were lucky to have Bill service our A/C and have asked for him every year. (See More)

Bill picked up on wiring issue last year 2016 during my annual preseason AC inspection.
The company that installed my 2 AC wall units had the wires crossed to the wrong condensers. I must have had 10 people look at it these AC units prior and no one picked up on it. Bill fixed it and the AC units are running sweet. He's back this year and is a very professional, friendly and thorough technician.
