For over a decade now I have come to rely upon Reiner for any HVAC service needs. A few months ago, Rich D, Anthony G, Peter P, and Connor M were my new HVAC system installation "A team". Along with salesman/engineer Rich S. these Reiner Group employees helped make the process as smooth as possible. For the past 15 years, I have been very pleased with Reiner Group maintenance on my former Lennox HVAC system and so after my 22 year old furnace developed problems, I decided to upgrade to a whole new Lennox system - gas furnace, central A/C, central air filtration & humidification and programmable thermostat. Rich S. reviewed my old Lennox system and provided several upgrade options appropriate for my residential home. He took time to explain technical aspects and answer my questions. Installation was scheduled within 2 weeks of signing the contract. My Reiner "A team" performed the one day installation in a highly coordinated and professional way. Worksite was kept very clean and I am very pleased with their work. Highly recommend Reiner Group, a northern New Jersey company, for anyone's HVAC needs. This high quality of work continues with the recent installation of a new attic vent fan motor. Rich S and Mike, the technician were most helpful. Rich Sellitto and the Reiner Group, Inc. provided us with a thorough run-down of our central air installation needs. Rich was extremely professional and very easy to communicate with.
I will definitely go back to the Reiner Group (and ask for Rich Sellitto) when I need to. I will also be sure to refer the Reiner Group to others with heating, cooling, and electric generator installation needs.
Overall, it was (and I'm sure will be) a pleasure dealing with Rich Sellitto and the Reiner Group, Inc.

He completed all is checks with precision and was very personable in discussing what was being done and in general conversation also. I highly recommend Reiner Group and specifically Rich Sellitto. He helped me add a/c to my home. He designed it, and was with the installation crew every step of the way. He is extremely professional, courteous, and responded immediately. I recently needed a new compressor and he had it installed and running in less than a weeks time. I couldn’t have been happier with his service and his technicians.

Rich, Carl, Camillo, and crew at Reiner are excellent workers and conscientious people. They made the process of buying a new furnace as easy as possible from coming to thr house to make sure I had the right model to helping with financing the payments. I never had a question go unanswered or a problem go unsolved. These folks will be fixing the mistakes that other firms will be making if you go elsewhere. Reiner is worth the money. (See More)

We had our old AC/Heater replaced recently by the Reiner Group. After shopping around we found Reiner’s pricing to be very competitive and working with Rich from sales was a breeze. His experience and expertise was an enormous help to making the final decision. Once we gave Reiner the green light, the staff there all kicked into gear. We met Ivan next who stopped by to do some custom measurement’s that were needed for our custom install. This past Monday the Reiner Crew Mario, Marvin, and Francisco arrived at our home promptly and were enthusiastic about the task at hand. They worked professionally and were meticulous at every step of the install. The job was finished ahead of schedule and there were Zero shortcuts taken. Additionally, every question was answered and explained in detail. The Reiner Group should be proud to have ALL these folks represent their organization. The installation of the whole house humidifier was great. The guys did a great job.
Much better engineered than the old installation - with the pump and the way the tubing drains to the sink. Should prevent problems we have experienced in the past. (See More)
