Chad Zirkle is definitely the professional plumber. He came in and fixed a major problem in a minimal amount of time. His co-worker was also very good. The plumbing contractor before him quit in the middle of the job. They not only corrected the mistakes of the other contractor but finished the job in a neat, professional way. I would definitely call him and his company anytime i have a problem.

The REINER COMPANY has been servicing our Furnace and AC Unit for about the last 25 years. They have been in business for a number of years & are a reliable company, so we called about the feasibility of installing a stand-by generator. Their Sales Rep Roy Hulsebos returned our call; visited our house on June 3rd and discussed the feasibility and costs of a stand-by unit. Roy was punctual, very professional, well informed, polite and explained what would be required to install a stand-by generator. Thanks again to those of you who had recommended companies several weeks ago. (some were plumbers and only installed boilers, not furnaces).
After getting a few quotes and speaking with several salespersons, I decided to go with Reiner Group. They used to be in Norwood, but are now located in Fairlawn.
My old unit was a high-efficiency (92%) unit that was installed in 1995 and there were indications that it was on its last legs. I wanted to be proactive so that I did not have a heating emergency and had to settle on whatever equipment was available. 24 years later, the high-efficiency units are now up to 98.7% efficient and I decided to stay with one since I already had the intake and exhaust pipes on the side of my house (efficient units do not vent out the chimney). Roy Hulsebos from Reiner came to my house, carefully evaluated what I needed and made his recommendations later that day.
What impressed me most about Reiner Group was the care that was taken to make sure the job was done correctly as well as safely. Several safety issues were corrected at no additional cost to me - one of them involved installing a water pump to move the condensate water which previously could have frozen in the winter and caused a carbon monoxide danger. The hole where the water used to come out was sealed to prevent critters from getting into the house.
In addition, I had had a new outside A/C compressor installed by another company about 4 years ago. As they pressure checked the system they found a leak in the outside condenser coil. Upon checking the model and serial number they realized that the condenser coil was still under warranty and they were able to get the part for free with labor included. No charge to me.
I am very satisfied with the care and concern the people at Reiner Group showed me and am happy to recommend them. (See More)

At our previous residence Roy at our request prepared a detailed proposal and demonstrated exceptional knowledge of his product line and ability to determine the HVAC solution for our home. He clearly stood out well above his competitors and worked with us to select the best solution for our home.
Before we installed his solution we relocated and again asked Roy to assess our needs and propose a new HVAC equipment solution to replace the existing products. We are eager to see his proposal for our new residence.
