After suffering one too many power outages, we decided it was time to have a home generator installed. We had excellent references for Reiner Group and can now be added to the list of those that have nothing but praise for them. From our initial consultation with Ken; he explained everything I needed to know to assist in making the right decision. The customer service; from phone scheduling to electricians to plumbers and to the actual generator install could not have gone smoother and everyone was a pleasure to deal with. They took care of permits, setting up all appointments, always arrived on time and always left the site clean. All through the process, Ken either visited the site or kept in touch by phone and was always available for any questions. There were no surprises. We would recommend Reiner Group to anyone needing any type of HVAC service. (See More)

I found Ken, Mike L. , Carl and the whole crew to be very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I have used Reiner in the past for installation and maintenance on my air conditioners and since that turned out great I gave them a shot at my 31 year old furnace which died. They installed the new furnace and the quality of their work was exceptional and very exacting. Since I am a very precise person and like things to be done right the first time they will be back. Ken Lake has shown the greatest care in resolving our urgent need for a new air-conditioning unit in the middle of a heat wave. Ken was professional and courteous during our meeting to discuss my AC requirements. His knowledge of the product was extensive. Unfortunately, I decided not to proceed with the project over concerns regarding the inspection. Prior to making this decision I contacted Ken for guidance. He gave me his honest opinion even at risk of losing this sale.
If I change my mind in the future Ken & Reiner will be my first contact.

The crew that installed the boiler were Great. Ken the engineer explained to me in detail the best size and model to heat my house.The crew Nick, John and Ucha arrive on site on time and were professional in completing the installation. The boiler room was left clean and neat .The old boiler and replaced piping were taken off site. We recently had Reiner install a split system AC/Heating system in our 99 year old home. What a pleasure to deal with this company. Ken Lake assessed our needs and provided multiple options. My wife suffers from tinnitus and noise is a problem for her. He helped up choose the most quiet and efficient unit. Living in an older home, space that the system would take up was a major concern as well. Ken helped us work through all the issues and helped make the process worry free. Mario and Mike were the main mechanical technicians on the job. They were respectful of our property, layed down drop cloths everywhere they worked and were extremely professional. I will say the same for the electricians. They went above and beyond our expectations and payed attention to even the smallest details. When they left, our house was as clean as before they started. I can not tell you how happy we are that we chose the Reiner Group to do this work. If you use them I am certain that you will not be disappointed in the least. We reached out to Reiner when my mom's AC broke in early June. She's 86 years old and we needed a company that understood the issues facing seniors and the urgency of getting a new system installed before the summer heat wave hot.
Our sales person Ken was outstanding - compassionate, concerned and easy to work with. He recommended a system that fit my mom's needs at a reasonable price with no hard sell or upsell. He also worked to get us a early installation date knowing how f=difficult it would be for a senior to have no AC in the middle of summer's heat wave.
The installation crew, led by Anthony, did a fantastic job. They were polite. professional, efficient and neat! The arrived 15 minutes early, covered the carpets and floors with mats to keep everything clean and went right to work. The whole job was done by the end of the day, with the new system working perfectly. They even took the time to twice show my mom how to use the new digital thermometer, knowing that technology isn't her strongest point!

I highly recommend Reiner for Home Central air installation, the Technical Engineer/Sales consultant (Kenneth Lake) I dealt with was very knowledgeable and helpful and quickly returned all of my calls/emails. Was a pleasure doing business with Reiner & Ken was great to deal with. The true test of a company is also how they resolve any issues that arise & Ken & Reiner quickly addressed all of my concerns (I actually felt like he wanted to help which is rare) during install and ultimately left me with exactly what I wanted. He gave us several options with no pressure. Upon signing contract, the Reiner group installed the a/c equipment in a timely and professional manner. It was a pleasure to deal with the Reiner crew who were polite, neat and cared about the work they performed which was not an easy task because of the restricted space in the attic. Ken did a great job in replacing a part that was needed by the heating system. The new part didn't work at first, but Ken persisted and tried something else - looking at a related part that was the problem and he was able to get the system working again. (See More)

I found Ken L of sales to be very helpful. He visited my home, reviewed my needs and explained everything that needed to be done. He submitted a proposal with multiple options. Once I had agreed to exactly what I wanted done, he submitted my contract. I was most pleased when he arrived on the day that my new furnace and AC unit were being installed to make sure everything was going as scheduled. Everything went smoothly during the installation of of my central air conditioner. The technical engineer, Ken Lake, came the day after I contacted the company and completely explained the entire process. Since there was a week before there installation could begin, Ken brought a portable air conditioner which kept the house bearable during the July heat wave.
The workers arrived as promised and were extremely efficient and pleasant. Ken returned to adjust the the air balancing as one room was slightly less cool than another room. He corrected it promptly.
