On Thursday, Jan 3 our heat went off. We called the Reiner Group and Kevin came right over for service. He temporary fixed our heat and explained that we needed a new furnace — it was 22 years old. Roy from sales came over on Friday, presented us with options, and we made our decision.
Justin and Kendall arrived on Monday, Jan 7, right on time at 8:00am to install our new furnace. They were polite and very professional and by 3:30pm everything was done. Reiner Group was exceptionally helpful at Clinton Presbyterian Church with a commercial installation of a new gas boiler. Reiner's team is amazing with many resources and skills. Rafael E. was a godsend! We had no heat on a cold January night which we realized when we got home from work. Service was called: Rafael called back promptly, arrived sooner than promised, and spent much time trying to fix problem since was not satisfied leaving us with no heat overnight at the very least. John C. arrived on time, came prepared and was very personable. He did the required maintenance that was scheduled, changes filters and went over and above by making sure I knew where my water shut off was and how to reset the fuses in case of an emergency. Very professional and would recommend him to anyone. We are new to Reiner Group's yearly contract services but in the past 2 years we have had nothing but terrific service. Rafael was very courteous and professional in performing our Lennox furnace maintenance on Oct 30th. Rafael explained everything he was doing and pointed out areas that needed cleaning since it's been several years since our last furnace maintenance. I would recommend the Reiner Group, Inc. to anyone needing a proven and well known HVAC company in the Bergen/Passaic county area.

Ed, Rob, and Ken were excellent, they worked efficiently fast and were very respectful of my home. They prepared the worksite covering the floors stairs and carpet every morning and cleaned up at the end of the day. The mechanicals and duct work in the attic is a work of art.
