Ken O of Reiner Group, Inc. has been servicing both boilers in my 2 family home for many years. He knows my home, and needs. Every year he shows up exactly on time, and does a great job cleaning, maintaining and testing my boilers.

From start to finish, they are very easy to work with and very professional.
Pete Tenkate is a great salesman and visited the jobs on the first day of installation.
Marvin, David & electrician Ken were some of the most conscientious workers I've met
Being an electrical contractor my entire life, I know a great worker.
The installation was done perfectly and the cleanup was great.
This company might be higher in price but well worth every penny.
Thanks so much for the professional way our jobs were done.

At our previous residence Roy at our request prepared a detailed proposal and demonstrated exceptional knowledge of his product line and ability to determine the HVAC solution for our home. He clearly stood out well above his competitors and worked with us to select the best solution for our home.
Before we installed his solution we relocated and again asked Roy to assess our needs and propose a new HVAC equipment solution to replace the existing products. We are eager to see his proposal for our new residence.
We would definitely recommend Roy to our friends and neighbors.

Reiner has been my "go to" vendor for all of my heating, air conditioning and generator needs for more than 20 years. For many of those years, Pete T. has been my sales rep with the company. Pete and his colleagues are always "there" when you need them. Fast, professional, courteous and they have always stood behind the work they perform.
Just had the need to install a new central A/C system and as always, the expectations were set high; and, as usual, their performance exceeded the expectations. Pete as always, presents a professional with deep knowledge, understanding and experience coupled with a friendly and helpful attitude.. Rafel E resolved a problem with my newly installed after 3 other technicians could NOT resolve the issues that had been plaguing my new conditioner for 3 months. He was efficient and courteous, he explained every step of his diagnostic process, he was persistent and obviously seems to know what he was doing and what he was looking for. At the end of 3.5 hours, he was extremely comprehensive and exhausted all possibilities until he was confident that his conclusion was the right one. Rafael was great. He came at the scheduled time, quickly found the problem and explained what it was and what it would take to repair in layman's terms. After completing the repairs he made maintenance suggestions so I can keep my system in good working condition. Reiner Group is where you want to go for your heating/cooling needs

I discovered that I had a problem with my A/C on a Wednesday morning. I called Reiner and schedule an appointment for the next morning ( I was offered one for Wednesday afternoon, but I could not accept it). On Thursday morning, Ken O showed up at the beginning of the scheduled time of arrival. I explained my problem to him and showed him my HVAC home equipment and got out of his way. He observed my problem and proceeded to work at identifying a solution, keeping me informed during the entire process. Once he determined what needed to be done, he explained it all to me and set the wheels in motion to obtain the parts that would be needed to fix my problem. Ken O has been to my home on a number of occasions to perform seasonal PM on my system. He has always kept me informed on the condition of my HVAC. This is what he does. Reiner service team is great. Rafael came this morning and spent so much time tracing wires etc to fix the problem. Told me he wasn’t leaving till he was done and everything worked. He worked until he found the problem and was able to repair it
