I used the Reiner Group to install 4 Mini Split units in my home. At first there were several delays (unavoidable) but they truly made up for It. They sent of crew of 6 men to my house on a Saturday the completed the whole project in 1 day!!! Just to make up for the prior cancellations. The crews were amazing. Ed H. and Ken K. completed the central air installation for my second floor. I was very satisfied with their work. They were on time and courteous. They answered all my questions and walked me through how to use it. They worked very cleanly and when they left you would have never known they were here. We recently had a new AC unit installed by Reiner Group Inc. and was very impressed with the quality of their work. They were prompt, efficient, and did a very good job cleaning up afterward also. A new thermostat was also installed and I thought I understood how it worked. When it kept going to 80 degrees in the house, I called for help. They couldn't walk me thru it over the phone and said they would have someone come to my house and show us. Even though it is a Friday night, Al came (@ 8:30 pm) and showed us how to properly use the new thermostat. What a gracious gentleman! We are definitely impressed with the Reiner Group and will recommend them to others! It says alot about the quality of their field service workers that would have such a good attitude about going to someone's house at 8:30 pm Friday night so they can enjoy their new AC! Great products and service. We were told that it would take 4 days to replace our air conditioning units, but Mario and Brendan did it in two! Since it was the hottest and steamiest week of the year so far, needless to say, we were thrilled. My AC had its seasonal maintenance checkup this past Monday and it was discovered that the high pressure switch had failed resulting in no AC. I was concerned because a hot spell in the 90's was forecast for the weekend. Reiner promptly ordered the part, received it, scheduled a return visit to fix it and fixed it all by that Wednesday. Reiner Group installed a new central air-conditioning system in our home recently. The installers were professional, super neat, & the system works great! Reiner installed a ductless unit in my solarium, which is open to the rest of the first floor and has a south-facing wall that's all glass. It was basically a giant oven for 6 hours a day and my central air couldn't compete. Ken O. did a great job figuring out exactly what needed to be done, and he didn't try to oversell me like the two other quotes I got. Ed H. did a wonderful job on the installation and Carl S. is a terrific electrician.
