Bill M. is phenomenal. He quickly and comprehensively diagnosed the issues with my heating system and explained it to me in terms that I understood. A pleasure to have service my house. Great demeanor and customer focused.
I had challenging issues with my heating system with many values and components old and broken. There was a lot of work to fix it and Bill comprehensively diagnosed every component and made all the necessary repairs and replacements. He tested everything to ensure it operated correctly. He came back this year and diagnosed the problem and explained the issues to me as he was working. Not only did he fix my heating system, but I learned a lot of how it works. Bill M. 04/09/18 |

Francisco helped with the electrical side of our central air install this winter. He was extremely professional, polite, thorough and respectful of our home and family. His work was done in a timely manner and he left the house clean each day. When his work was complete he walked me through the mechanics of the equipment that he installed, including a tutorial of the ductless split system that someone else had installed. We had two A/C and heating units installed. From sales (Pete) to the installation (Ed H.) we received 5 star service and treatment. Ed and his team started on time, finished each day by cleaning excess debris and were mindful of our dogs when entering and leaving the house. Whenever we have a problem we always call Roy our primary contact. He is timely and his expertise solves our problems with outstanding expertise. We have used Reiner and Roy for better than 20 years, new furnace, generator, air conditioning, etc with good results. Maintenance as needed is provided on a contract basis again with good results. Our hot water 60 gallon holding tank went bad one day before the recent snow storm. We contacted Reiner Group, Inc.who promptly sent out their estimator. Replacement of the tank was scheduled for the day of the snow storm. Steve E. and his team arrived on time and worked diligently and were courteous during the installation adapting to some unexpected situations. When the installation was complete, Steve E. was attentive to make sure everything was working properly. It was a pleasure having Steve E. and his team perform the installation. I had the distinct pleasure of meeting the team of Anthony G. and Luis today for the replacement of my old AC unit. Both workers were organized and made sure, as soon as they got inside the house, that the tarp was laid out on the rugs that lead to the work area. Both worked hard throughout the day and when their work was done, they left everything exactly as it was when they arrived—neat and clean. Anthony was always available to answer any of my questions and always made sure he informed me of what was being done. I can attest that all the times I've dealt with this company, the outcomes have been outstanding.
