Rafael was very courteous and professional in performing our Lennox furnace maintenance on Oct 30th. Rafael explained everything he was doing and pointed out areas that needed cleaning since it's been several years since our last furnace maintenance.
I would recommend the Reiner Group, Inc. to anyone needing a proven and well known HVAC company in the Bergen/Passaic county area.

I had the pleasure of meeting Bill M. when he was here to complete the installation of my whole house generator. Bill was very knowledgeable. He took the time to show me how to check the oil, lock the cover, and test the unit before a storm. He explained how the unit worked let me ask whatever questions I needed to and was very patient throughout. Bill has great customer service skills and really wants to help his customers. Ken O came to my home to clean several Mr. Slim wall units. This included taking apart 2 of the units which were heavily dirty, cleaning up thoroughly, hosing them down, and putting back together. First, Ken O. was a very professional, client focused, and company oriented employee through out the service call. He helped answer all my questions, worked quickly to fix my problem. He promoted Reiner as a great organization and left contact and other information that would be convenient should I have any questions or need service in the future.
