Ken has been our tech for about a decade now, and over that time he's displayed himself and Reiner Group Inc in general with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. He always does a thorough job and does it right rather than rushing off to meet another client. Seems that quality trumps quantity, which is a rare virtue! Highly recommend Ken and Reiner Group for maintenance of your heating/cooling systems.

Bill M. from Reiner was great. He was on time and made sure he did not leave until my boiler was fully functional. This is the 2nd year that I have had the pleasure of dealing with Bill M. I will ask for him next year as well. He made my questions seem simple and answered all of them. He took the time to show me and explain to me parts of the boiler and what to do in certain instances. He is one of the reasons why Reiner Group is simply the best!!!!! I will never call anyone else, Reiner Group is it for me, hands down. Excellent service. Everything went smoothly during the installation of of my central air conditioner. The technical engineer, Ken Lake, came the day after I contacted the company and completely explained the entire process. Since there was a week before there installation could begin, Ken brought a portable air conditioner which kept the house bearable during the July heat wave.
The workers arrived as promised and were extremely efficient and pleasant. Ken returned to adjust the the air balancing as one room was slightly less cool than another room. He corrected it promptly.

We had a new second floor air conditioner and a new water heater installed. Justin and Mark did most of the work on the A/C. Ken was the electrician on team. All 3 worked efficiently and cleaned up after they finished. They were very polite and answered whatever questions I had. Mario from Reiner Group was the main installer on our ductwork installation job for 3 days. He was outstanding to work with and very knowledgable and experienced. Always asked the right questions and listened to what we asked or needed to be done. This was a complex installation on a older home with many prior issues.
