Anthony was efficient, polite and friendly. He was careful to make the removal and replacement of our water heater out of the cellar probelm free. No damage and it was not easy because of tight working conditions. He stayed to make sure everything was working correctly and cleanup was done. Highly recommend him. Thank you. Every promise for contact, start time, follow-up visits were honored and kept. The experience started with Rich Sellitto and remained professional and positive through completion. The team showed up on time and as scheduled. At first inspection they identified additional areas that may require attention and requested a backup team to be able to complete the work ontime.
They worked through the day and finished the work an hour early.

Phil arrived as requested. He checked the system for heat, changed the air filter, and changed the pad for the humidifier. he was helpful with answers to questions. he made a recommendation for the setting for the humidistat. Peter T. was knowledgeable, honest, fair, professional, and responsive to any and all of our questions when discussing the install of our new central air system. His quote was thorough and prompt, and he has been in touch regularly since the install to follow through. He even came to the house at the start of job to be sure the work was started appropriately. The technicians who did our install were excellent: prompt, professional, courteous, neat, and efficient but attentive to detail. All work was completed to spec, on budget, and on time. Ken O. came to do a start up test on our new A/C system. Ken was professional and respectful from the minute he walked through our door (he even took care to make sure our cats didn't escape through the front door as he went in and out.) Mario (field tech) did a professional job on a new installation if AC/ Heat hvac system for my residential house. He was courteous and meticulous of installing and reviewing work after completed. Whether it's scheduling, bills, parts, maintenance, service contracts
or any emergency situation, Chris does it all without a problem.
When it's Heat or A/C Service time, I only deal with Chris.
You can always count on Chris to keep you informed with a "head-ups"
