When I call the Reiner Group, I know I'm in good hands. Today and last night was another example of the exemplary service that I have consistently received. Ken O arrived today and fixed my thermostat problem with the utmost professionalism and kindness. Last night, Steve M was equally fantastic. Thanks again Reiner professionals!

We LOVE Reiner, and have been using them ever since we moved to Bloomfield, NJ in 1999. Kudos especially go out to Chris Gabriel, who has always made sure the Reiner technicians came out to our home at the time they were scheduled. Ken O. was a great service technician. For my air conditioning unit, he cleaned the condenser thoroughly and ensured the unit was operating safely and efficiently. In this day and age where good service is hard to come by, it was refreshing having someone like Ken take the time for this. Highly recommend Ken and Reiner Group in general.

Great professional response to our needs of a replacement a/c condenser and coil. Mr Ten Kate explained the options and helped set up the appointment. The team of workers worked most of the day and it looks and works great! I didn't get their names. A final evaluation was performed by Ken O ( a 5 star worker) and he was thorough in taking measures and also replaced the thermostat since it was off by 4 or 5 degrees. A great experience! Thank you Reiner!

Mario and the whole Reiner team was a delight to work with. My air conditioner failed, requiring a complete replacement. The installation began on the day promised and was up and running the next day. I was especially pleased with the work in the attic. The air handler was slightly larger than the previous unit, but they laid out the new unit to give me more usable storage space than before. I was impressed by their workmanship and cleanliness. Mario spent time afterward explaining how to maintain the system and answered any questions that I had.

Have been using Reiner for years and always highly recommend them. Today we needed a parts replacement and our service provider was Ken O. As always, Ken was on time, courteous, knowledgeable, and highly professional. Job done well, efficiently and on time. Also, Ken interacted very nicelyl with our new puppy and a rather large orange cat seeking attention. Once again, a pleasure doing business with Reiner and its reps.

Reiner Group has been servicing my Air Conditioner for over 20 years. Ken one their field service personal has done a great job ensuring that my equipment is working properly. Most recenlty I converted my old system to a more efficient system and Ken was assigned to do the final checkout. He spent time testing the system and controls and also educated us on the most efficient setting for the thermostat. I would also state that when the inspectors from the Borough came for the thier final inspection they were amazed at what a through job they did on the install. Thanks again Reiner Group/

Quite a big job to handle a home with 8 units. As it's an all day job, Ken told me everything he would be doing, and would advise me of any items that needed special consideration above tne normal maintenance. He was respectful of the home, clean, quiet, and extremely professional. He was very kind and patient with regard to explaining to me some areas of concern and explained to me next steps in order to make the best decision. Thank you Ken.

Had a brand new HVAC system installed in my home and there was a small issue with the thermostat after install. Ken O. came out to assist and was prompt and extremely helpful. As it was a new type of thermostat that had been introduced, it was still an unfamiliar product to everyone who had worked on my install, and Ken O took the time and effort to make sure it was running the way if should be, including providing me with some useful tips afterwards. (Note: the problem was not observed during the install as they worked on a very hot day and my place was an oven. The unit was required to run for quite some time afterwards to cool everything down and the problem was not found until long after the crew had finished for the day.)

Chris has always been so wonderful in helping to meet my needs. Most recently she was able to schedule my maintenance appointment on the early end of my window because something had come up and I needed to be out of the house towards the back end of the window. Over the years I have dealt with Chris on many occasions and she has always been VERY accommodating!!!

I have always been treated with courtesy & respect, whether by the office staff or the techs. Appointments are kept in a timely manner. I received a call to inform me that the tech would be at my home within the hour. I highly recommend this company for their products but more importantly their people.

Ken performed our annual maintenance including a filter change. He was professional and very personable, even neatly rolled up the garden hose when he was finished. He recommended an attic fan to increase the units efficiency which I most likely will install in the near future. I hope I get Ken O. on any future service calls. Thanks, Rich

The entire process for the install of a new ductless system was excellent. From initial quote to local inspections, there were no issues or problems. Roy and the tech crew showed up as scheduled, provided the best price and service. The work was done on time and the work site both inside and out were left spotless. Even my local inspectors commented on how well the install was performed.
